  • Publication number: 20230334467
Abstract: This disclosure describes methods, non-transitory computer readable storage media, and systems that utilize one or more virtual cards to autofill payment information at a user client device for a payment transaction. For example, the disclosed system utilizes a reference identifier to determine a virtual card corresponding to the payment card account based on a virtual card account mapping. The disclosed system provides a stored virtual card identification number and virtual card verification data (e.g., an expiration date and a card verification value) to a user client device for autofilling the virtual card identification number and the virtual card verification data at the user client device in connection with a payment transaction. Additionally, the disclosed system processes the payment transaction in response to receiving a virtual card from a merchant system by swapping the virtual card with the payment card account when providing transaction details to a payment network.
