  • Patent number: 11967376
Abstract: Stochastic or near-stochastic physical characteristics of resistive switching devices are utilized for generating data distinct to those resistive switching devices. The distinct data can be utilized for applications related to electronic identification. As one example, data generated from physical characteristics of resistive switching devices on a semiconductor chip can be utilized to form a distinct identifier sequence for that semiconductor chip, utilized for verification applications for communications with the semiconductor chip or utilized for generating cryptographic keys or the like for cryptographic applications.

  • Publication number: 20240062814
Abstract: A programming method of a memory device comprising a multi-level cell is introduced. The programming method includes applying a sequence of program pulses comprising at least one set pulse and at least one reset pulse to the multi-level cell; determining whether the resistance of the multi-level cell is in a target range after each program pulse of the sequence of program pulses is applied to the multi-level cell; keeping applying the sequence of program pulses to the multi-level cell in response to determining that the resistance of the multi-level cell is not in the target range; and stopping applying the sequence of program pulses to the multi-level cell in response to determining that the resistance of the multi-level cell is in the target range.

  • Patent number: 10528228
Abstract: A digital assistant supported on computing devices such as smartphones, tablet computers, personal computers (PCs), wearable devices, game consoles, smart home devices and the like is configured with a notification system that interfaces with applications and/or other systems and resources so that the digital assistant may collect notifications across a range of a user's devices. The digital assistant may utilize a natural language interface (which may cooperate with touch and gesture interfaces) and applies awareness of context and user's behaviors to intelligently present the collected notifications on a single device for the user as a native digital assistant user experience. The digital assistant can sort notifications, group notifications together, and interact with the user to answer questions, provide information and status, and enable the user to action on a notification from the collection.

  • Publication number: 20140358910
Abstract: A storage management system receives at a computing system one or more search results from a search operation based on a search query. The search operation had performed a first search on content in a database accessible through an application, a second search on local to the computing system content, and a third search on Web content. At least one of the search results from the first search is associated with an application identifier identifying the application. The storage management system further ranks the search results from the first search, the second search, and the third search in aggregation. A search results integrator presents the ranked search results from the first, second, and third searches in an integrated view. The search results integrator further groups a subset of the ranked search results from the first search, the second search, and the third search into a subgroup within the integrated view.
