  • Patent number: 10931161
Abstract: A centrifugal pump motor comprising a permanent magnet rotor, a wound stator that is separated from the permanent magnet rotor by means of a containment shell, a circuit board having a large electronic component electrically connected to it, and a motor housing with a plug connection. The centrifugal pump motor provides a robust design for a generic centrifugal pump motor, so as to prevent damage during installation and operation, as well as additionally ensuring a space-saving and compact arrangement of the electronic components, in order to enable optimal heat dissipation of the electronic components. Furthermore, a simple way of manufacturing is provided.

  • Patent number: 10907644
Abstract: A pump impeller consisting of at least three different material regions, wherein an impeller wheel with a hollow shaft defines a first material region, a bearing component defines a second material region, and a permanent magnet defines a third material region. The invention furthermore relates to a method for producing the pump impeller, and to a centrifugal pump with the pump impeller. The object of the invention is to provide a robust construction, optimal venting, secure attachment of the bearing component, economic production, and a possibility of axial length tolerance compensation given a pump impeller with plastic-bonded permanent magnets. Furthermore, an optimally accurate unbalance-reduced connection between the bearing component and the magnet material should be producible.

  • Patent number: 10830242
Abstract: A centrifugal pump for delivering coolant in vehicles and providing a centering of a pump impeller and a dampening of motor vibrations. The centrifugal pump having a pump housing consisting of a pump head, which forms a single part with a suction nozzle, a discharge nozzle, a spoke, and a bearing support, in which a counter bearing is mounted, in which a first region of a shaft is supported, around which a pump impeller is rotatably mounted via a slide bearing secured in the pump impeller, the spoke retaining the bearing support in a central position within the pump head and having a containment shell, which separates a wet chamber from a dry chamber and in which a second region of the shaft is supported. The invention seeks to solve the problem of providing in a generic centrifugal pump.

  • Patent number: 10823188
Abstract: An electric centrifugal pump having a motor housing, a pump head, a containment shell, and a rotor assembly consisting of a pump impeller and a permanent magnet rotor, wherein the pump head with the containment shell defines a wet chamber, in which the rotor assembly is arranged rotationally around a longitudinal motor axis, the containment shell with the motor housing defines a dry chamber, in which a wound stator is arranged, and the permanent magnet rotor is arranged within the stator and a hollow-cylindrical region of the containment shell. Particle accumulations in the region between the containment shell and the permanent magnet rotor cannot occur or can only occur to a very minor extent and that the consequences of impurities in the wet chamber are reduced in order to prevent premature wear or a blockage of the centrifugal pump.

  • Patent number: 10199901
Abstract: Pump motor, with a crankcase, a pump head, and a containment shell, whereby the pump head with the containment shell defines a wet chamber and the containment shell with the crankcase defines a dry chamber, a permanent magnet rotor is rotatably mounted in the wet chamber around an axis, a wound stator and a printed circuit board are arranged in the dry chamber and the printed circuit board is located opposite to the containment shell bottom. The pump motor economically provides for a reliable heat dissipation with an increased heat dissipation capacity, from the printed circuit board into the medium which has to be transported, in the case of a pump motor of an appropriate kind.
