  • Publication number: 20220255155
Abstract: A battery pack for exchangeable insertion into a receiving compartment delimited by an inner wall has a housing accommodating battery cells. The housing has a basic shape with an upright side and first and second end walls opposite each other. The upright side extends in upright direction of the housing between the first and second end walls. The upright side has an outer surface and longitudinal ribs arranged thereon and extending in upright direction. The longitudinal ribs have a height measured in upright direction and are positioned at a distance from each other. The distance is measured transversely to the upright direction. The longitudinal ribs delimit together with the outer surface of the upright side a cooling groove extending in upright direction. The longitudinal ribs are designed along the height such that the cooling groove can delimit, together with the inner wall, a cooling channel extending in upright direction.

  • Publication number: 20130302222
Abstract: The invention relates to an apparatus for generating synthetic gas, comprising a POX reactor with a first reaction chamber, into which a carbon-containing gaseous feedstock, as well as an oxidizing agent, can be introduced via a feeding system, and a discharge system, whereby a gasification product can be withdrawn from the reaction chamber. The apparatus further contains at least one further, i.e., a second, reaction chamber with a second feeding system, which is connected to the first reaction chamber via the discharge system.

  • Patent number: 8388708
Abstract: A process and device for the material utilization of soot from the waste water of a gasification appliance (heavy oil POX) in which a hydrogen- and carbon monoxide-containing (crude synthesis gas) is generated from relatively high-boiling hydrocarbons by partial oxidation, is disclosed. The soot-loaded waste water from the heavy oil POX is mixed with naphtha and is subsequently introduced into a separator (decanter) from which a substantially soot-free water fraction and a substantially water-free naphtha/soot mixture are taken off separately, where the naphtha/soot mixture is fed as feed to a further gasification appliance (naphtha POX), in which appliance predominantly naphtha is converted into a crude synthesis gas by partial oxidation.

  • Patent number: 6719834
Abstract: The invention relates to a single-component or multiple-component polyelectrolyte cement containing at least two reaction partners: (a) at least one metal-cation-releasing compound and (b) one or more polyelectrolytes capable of being converted into a solid state, wherein at least one of the polyelectrolytes is at least partially water soluble, and wherein at least a part of the reaction partner (a) and/or (b) is coated with an organic surface-coating agent. In one preferred embodiment, at least one part of the formulation constituents of the cement is present in granulated form, wherein at least a part of the reaction partner (b) serves as an essential granulation agent. The polyelectrolyte cement is particularly stable in storage and can be easily mixed.
