  • Publication number: 20230078411
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a winding device for winding a rope onto a rope drum rotatable about a rotation axis. The winding device includes a rope guide for feeding the rope to the rope drum. The rope guide has a pivoting arm having a longitudinal axis and has a deflection element. The pivoting arm is pivotable about a pivot axis. The deflection element is disposed on the pivoting arm. The winding device is conceived such that the rope when being wound onto the rope drum passes the pivoting arm before the deflection element. The rope guide includes a delimitation element. The delimitation element is disposed such that a pivoting movement of the pivoting arm about the pivot axis is limited to a critical angular range (?). The deflection element is tiltable about a tilting axis. The tilting axis extends along the longitudinal axis of the pivoting arm.

  • Patent number: 7787966
Abstract: A control device for operating a machine has a control unit with at least one actuating unit to which actuators and sensors are connected for operating the machine. The control unit has a bus line for transmitting control commands from an operating part to the actuating device. A plug connection between the operating part and the control unit is provided. A monitoring unit monitors an operating signal of the operating part. The monitoring unit triggers a safety function when the operating signal that is a heartbeat of the operating part is absent. Operating states of the operating part are monitored by the monitoring unit. An output signal of the monitoring unit is evaluated in that, when the operating part is switched on, the heartbeat is processed and, when the operating part is switched off, the absence of the heartbeat is ignored.

  • Patent number: 7658370
Abstract: A rope winch has at least one bearing support and a rope drum supported on the at least one bearing support so as to be rotatable about a drive axis. A drive motor and a gear connected to the drive motor are provided, wherein the drive motor drives the rope drum about the drive axis through the gear. At least one sensor that senses a load acting on the rope drum is provided. An exchangeably secured component that is exchangeable without dismounting the at least one bearing support is provided. The at least one sensor is arranged on the exchangeably secured component.

  • Patent number: 6471191
Abstract: A cable guide arrangement for a cable winch has a housing to be mounted relative to a cable winch such that a first end of housing faces the cable winch and a second end of the housing faces away from the cable winch. A cable guide channel penetrates the housing and has a closed circumferential wall. The cable guide channel has a longitudinal center axis extending perpendicularly to the first and second ends of the housing. The cable guide channel has open end portions at the first and second ends of the housing, respectively. The open end portion of the guide channel at the second end of the housing widens in a direction away from the cable winch to form an inlet funnel having an edge portion defining a funnel opening. The inlet funnel reduces wear on the cable especially when being pulled at a slant to the center axis through the cable guide arrangement.
