Abstract: A biopsy needle guide comprising two tapes fastened together so that the upper tape foils an arch with the other tape (base). The lower side of the base tape is coated with an adhesive material so that the guide may be applied to the surface of the skin of a patient. Both tapes are provided with a series of spaced annular apertures which are arranged in a predetermined pattern, which are formed of a material which is visible on a computer generated tomological display.
