  • Patent number: 6244464
Abstract: Apparatus for storing and conveniently dispensing paper clips includes a container having a flat bottom extremity and a circular upper aperture. A golf ball is rotatively seated in the aperture. A stem in the form of a golf tee is attached to the golf ball, and extends downwardly into contact with paper clips stored within the container. A magnet associated with the lowermost, distal extremity of the stem attracts and holds several paper clips. The paper clips are dispensed merely by lifting the golf ball with the magnetically attached paper clips.

  • Patent number: 5813529
Abstract: A closure cap for a tubular container is formed as a monolithic plastic structure having a collar portion of circular configuration with respect to a center axis, and a flange transversely disposed to the axis and defining a circular aperture centered upon the axis. The collar portion has a doubly tapered outer surface which facilitates frictionally gripping engagement with the interior of the container or engagement with another cap of smaller size. Dual caps having multi-functional features are formed by the frictional interengagement of two caps.

  • Patent number: 5641064
Abstract: A storage container for a plurality of uniformly sized circular, elongated or spherical objects includes a transparent plastic tube of circular cylindrical shape terminating in opposed open parallel extremities of circular configuration. A closure cap removably engaging at least one extremity of the tube has a collar portion having a flange that defines a central aperture region whose diameter is smaller than the inside diameter of the tube. A plug member and a flat retainer disc may removably reside within the collar portion.

  • Patent number: 5461810
Abstract: A holder for protectively displaying flat objects includes a jacket formed from two identical rectangular sheets of semi-rigid transparent plastic disposed one atop the other and sealed together along three edges by bonding to intervening spacer strips. The unsealed fourth edges define an entrance opening to an enclosure bounded by the sheets and spacer strips. The sheets are bowed into contact upon a center axis. A pouch-like retainer member adapted to confine a flat object, and having a centered display aperture, is dimensioned to slideably insert into the jacket. The force of interaction of the bowed sheets is sufficiently strong, and the weight of the holder is sufficiently light to enable the holder to be suspended by the retainer member.

  • Patent number: 5259136
Abstract: A holder for a collectible card is constructed of a flexible jacket having two identical transparent panels of rectangular perimeter defined by four straight exterior edges and bonded together along three of the edges. The unbonded fourth exterior edges provide an entrance opening to the jacket. A flexible thin insert member completely fills the jacket except for an aperture of rectangular configuration in the insert member disposed in parallel relationship to the perimeter of the panels. The aperture is defined by four straight interior edges. That interior edge which is parallel to and adjacent the entrance opening serves to retain a collectible card within the aperture, preventing inadvertent release of the card from the aperture.

  • Patent number: 5245775
Abstract: A holder for protectively displaying flat collectible items such as sports cards and photographs is made of a jacket and an insert member shaped to slide into and closely fit within the jacket. The insert member, fabricated of opaque sheet material, contains a centered rectangular aperture which accommodates a flat collectible item. The jacket is constructed from two identical sheets of semi-rigid non-breakable transparent plastic bounded by four straight edges in a rectangular configuration, and bonded together at three edges.
