The mounting structure may be sized and configured to facilitate mounting of the elongate arm to a structure that is selectively slidable relative to a structure comprising the detent button. Additionally, foldable apparatus may comprise a post comprising a detent button, a fitting slidably coupled to the post, and a detent button actuator coupled to the fitting. Methods of operating a detent button may comprise applying a force to a receiving region of a detent button actuator and depressing the detent button with a detent button actuating surface.

Abstract: A multi-functional platform food preparation device is disclosed which has the ability to fry, deep-fry, steam, stir fry, stage, drain, warm and grill foods conveniently on the same cooking platform. The cooking platform can include a built in reservoir for cooking soups, steaming with water, stir frying, and deep frying with oil. The cooking platform also can include a grilling section, a griddle/frying/cooking section, and a warming/draining section. The cooking platform also can include a drain chute connecting the reservoir to a catch bottle to aid in the clean up process. In addition, the reservoir can include a slosh ring positioned around the upper perimeter of the reservoir. Deep frying/boiling/steaming/stir frying, grilling, griddle/frying/cooking, and warming/draining sections can be contained on a single cooking platform to aid in the synchronized preparation of common meals to be prepared together in a fast, convenient and safe manner.

Abstract: A canopy for an article of furniture, such as a chair, having a seat portion and a back portion. The canopy includes a pair of arm structure and a flexible covering extending therebetween. Each arm structure includes an upright member including a proximal end portion extending from the back portion of the chair, a distal end portion, and a medial portion extending therebetween. The arm structure also includes a cantilever member pivotable about the distal end portion and a brace pivotably attached to the cantilever member and selectively positionable along the medial portion, thereby providing angle adjustment of the cantilever member relative to the seat portion. The flexible covering may include a plurality of panel sections, extending between the pair of arm structures and retained thereto by a pair of tethers or tabs each connecting to one of the cantilever members.
