Abstract: The present invention provides an instantaneous on-line acoustic apparatus capable of recording contents of conversation and music, and sharing the music or content of recorded music with against party during communication. Moreover, it is able to mingle the music or surrounding noise, either presently existing or pre-recorded, into the phone line, so as to purposedly camouflage the user's location at the very moment communication takes place. The apparatus is simply constructed, inexpensive, and of good portability.

Abstract: A mobile phone holder structure and a clipping method for a mobile phone holder, the structure comprises two pressing clipping parts, a front cover, a control button, a partition and a back cover, two pressing clipping parts are respectively put into two accommodating grooves of said front cover, the control button is put from the accommodating hole of the side of said front cover, two openings of the control button are respectively locked the anti-reverse part of pressing clipping parts, and engaged with said anti-reverse part by hook, each spring on the partition props two sides in the orientation hole of two pressing clipping parts through each circinate hole on said front cover; said mobile phone is clipped by the clipping claws of the pressing clipping parts which is drove by using the mobile phone to press the pressing clipping parts, and by means of pressing the control button to drive the clipping claws of the pressing clipping parts to loose the mobile phone.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a modular modification of cellular phone handfree kit and the applications thereof, wherein said cellular phone handfree kit comprising a front cap, a back cap, a clasp and an upholder portion; said cellular phone handfree kit is suitable for use with different folding-type cellular phones by exchanging said clasp and said upholder portion; said cellular phone handfree kit further comprising a circuit board which comprises a FM audio signal module and a charging controller, said FM audio signal module further comprising a signal amplifying circuit, a FM modulation module, a filter and a transmitting antenna; upon receiving an audio signal from a cellular phone, said cellular phone handfree kit processing and converting said audio signal to a FM audio signal, transmitting said FM audio signal to a radio or a FM receiver using said transmitting antenna, and broadcasting said FM audio signal using a speaker of said radio or said FM receiver.

Abstract: An improved handsfree apparatus of the present invention mainly comprises a plug-in part, a holder, wherein the plug-in part is a multi-bending structure to provide the holder an omnidirectional usage space, and the holder has a room to place the cell phone and is suitable for different specifications of cell phones, and an external microphone which has the characteristic that sound input/output are independent, and echo and interference of noise is avoided such that quality of communication is better and the structure of used handsfree apparatus has more diversifications.

Abstract: An extending cigar-lighting seat is constructed to be inserted into a car cigar-lighting socket. The extending cigar-lighting seat includes at least an inserting member, a first extending member, a second extending member and a universal connector. Each extending member can be connected to another portion, wherein the distal of the extending member can be connected with various products, such as power extending connectors, air pumps, and hand-free receivers of handsets. The universal connector serves to adjust the connecting object upwards, downwards, rightwards, or leftwards. The number of extending member may be increased to larger than two as desired.

Abstract: An earphone fittable to both ears by hanging comprises a housing of a front main body with a vacancy spacing therein forming a battery compartment, a projected male connection port, a push button for ON/Off the power supply, a pilot lamp, an earphone pug. The rear part comprises a bayonet shank, a flexible earphone hanger, and a recessed female connection port. After setting a Lithium battery in the compartment, the two connection ports are coupled with each other by pushing the bayonet shank. The earphone is fittable from one ear to the other by pulling away the bayonet shank to separate the two connection ports, and overturing the bayonet shank 180° about its own longitudinal axis.

Abstract: A toggle joint combination for extending a receptacle of automobile cigarette lighter and application thereof, wherein an insertion portion of this invention is plugged in the receptacle of automobile cigarette lighter; every extension portion may be extended by coupling with additional extension portions; the rear end of the last toggle is used to connect with various articles, such as a beverage rack, electric fan, illuminating ashtray, electric extension connector, map light, hold-free mobile phone set, etc, which can be adjusted at will. This invention comprises at least an insertion portion, a first extension portion, and a second extension portion, and, more than two extension portions can be combined if desired.
