The system includes an atomizing applicator and a high transfer efficiency applicator defining a nozzle orifice. The system further includes a substrate assembly comprising a metal-containing substrate and a plastic-containing substrate. The metal-containing substrate is coupled to the plastic-containing substrate. The atomizing applicator is configured to apply the first coating composition to the metal-containing substrate. The high transfer efficiency applicator is configured to expel the second coating composition through the second nozzle orifice to the plastic-containing substrate.

    Abstract: A Printed Circuit Board (PCB) or substrate has a bump pad layer and a separate trace metal layer. The bump pad layer substantially covers or overlays the trace metal layer. A first surface of a bump pad in the bump pad layer is electrically coupled to a trace in the trace metal layer. A second surface of the bump pad in the bump pad layer extends above a surface of the bump pad layer. When a component is mounted on the substrate during a component mounting process, a pillar or other electrical connection mechanism of the component is electrically coupled to the bump pad without the risk of solder non-wetting and/or the formation of solder bridges between traces and bump pads on the substrate.

    Abstract: Adjustable fence and gate assemblies may include first and second vertical frame sections having opposing ends and horizontal frame sections are rotatably connected to each end of the vertical frame sections. The vertical and horizontal frame section may be adjustably connected to form an adjustable frame for the gate. Gate member brackets may be attached to each end of the vertical frame sections proximate each end of the vertical frame sections to retain and secure gate members in position. Two hinge brackets may be positioned on the vertical frame section configured to attach to a post and enable opening and closing of the gate. Truss cable connectors including a turnbuckle and a collet may be employed to secure a truss cable providing structural support for the gate and provide access to the interior of the frame sections for truss cable storage.
