  • Publication number: 20240172304
Abstract: Implementations set forth herein relate to sequencing connections between a peripheral device and two or more applications, which can include an automated assistant application. The connections can be sequenced such that an application designated for the peripheral device is prioritized over the automated assistant application when the peripheral device becomes available for connecting with the applications. The designated application can be, for example, a streaming application that is designated for a media streaming peripheral device, or a health application for a health monitoring peripheral device. The designated application can connect with the peripheral device via a Bluetooth Classic protocol, and thereafter provide, to other applications, an indication that confirms completion of the Bluetooth Classic connection. The other applications can, in response, initiate connecting with the peripheral device via the Bluetooth Classic protocol or Bluetooth Low Energy protocol.

  • Patent number: 11893309
Abstract: In response to a user interacting with a tangible peripheral assistant control device (e.g., depressing a button of the device), causing an automated assistant to perform one or more actions. The action(s) performed can be based on input previously provided by the user in configuring the peripheral assistant control device. The action(s) performed in response to interaction with the peripheral assistant control device can vary based on one or more conditions, such as which user is currently active, where the peripheral assistant control device is currently located (which can optionally be inferred based on which of multiple assistant computing devices the button is paired with), and/or the current state of one or more smart devices and/or other devices (e.g., as determined based on a device topology). A utility of the peripheral assistant control device can be automatically extended beyond what was specifically requested by a user during configuration.

  • Publication number: 20240033456
Abstract: This present disclosure relates to a system and method for providing a flow of respiratory gases to a patient. The system includes a controller, a flow modulator, and one or more sensors, wherein the controller is configured to control the flow modulator to modulate the flow of respiratory gases in response to determined pressure in the system exceeding or not exceeding a pressure threshold value.

  • Patent number: 11258606
Abstract: Security-enhancing devices, systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable media for performing non-interactive zero knowledge proof (NIZKP) authentication. In one embodiment, a computing device includes a memory and an electronic processor. The memory stores a NIZKP authentication program and a plurality of unique passwords. The electronic processor is configured to receive a first random value from an electronic source, generate a second random value by performing an exclusive disjunction operation on the first random value with a first password of the plurality of unique passwords, perform an extraction operation on the second random value, determine whether the extraction operation performed on the second random value extracted a non-random value from the second random value, and responsive to determining that the extraction operation performed on the second random value extracted the non-random value from the second random value, authenticate communications with the electronic source.

  • Publication number: 20210220601
Abstract: A humidification system comprises a first sensor and a second sensor. The first and second sensors are adapted to sense flow characteristics within the system. The first and second sensors are isolated from the flow by barriers formed by respective first and second sealing members. The sealing members extend through apertures formed in the system and have a portion that contacts the sensing elements of the respective first and second sensors. A cartridge can hold the sensors and provide repeatable penetration depths into a flow passage of the system. A medical tube has a composite structure made of two or more distinct components that are spirally wound to form an elongate tube. One component can be a spirally wound elongate hollow body; the other component can be an elongate structural component spirally wound between turns of the spirally wound hollow body.

  • Publication number: 20110076906
Abstract: The present invention relates to a knitted fabric which adopts a novel weaving principle of changing knitting material structure to realize functions and effects which can not be achieved by ordinary fabric. The knitted fabric comprises the main component of novel woven 100 percent spandex fabric made of 100 percent spandex filament. Presently, elastic rubber pieces, rubber bands, etc., are applied to the underwear at the market for enhancing the elasticity and supporting effect. The common features is that they all have a poor elastic resilience, unstable structure, and prone to distortion and raveling. The present novel knitted fabric changes the principle of crocheting of the ordinary material of the traditional knitted fabric, adopting 100 percent spandex filament as the main material to change the elastic resilience, force, and structure stability of the traditional knitted fabric.

  • Publication number: 20100297914
Abstract: A fabric having a memory function, comprising yarns of substantially 100% spandex with a structure of a two-way stretch fabric. The fabric has the “memory” function by which it returns to substantially its original shape after being stretched many times its original size. The fabric can be used to make a laminated fabric in which the memory fabric is sandwiched between a top surface fabric and a bottom surface fabric. The resulting laminated fabric also has the “memory” function and can be used to replace the conventional elastic woven bands used in undergarment in order to increase the elasticity and strength.
