  • Patent number: 9909341
Abstract: A removable attachment device, that particularly forms an anti-theft device and/or electronic information medium, comprising a body on which a flap is mounted pivotably, wherein the body and the flap each have a substantially flat surface, wherein the flap rotates in relation to the body between a first extreme open position and a second extreme position known as the closed position in which the two respective surfaces can grip the object, wherein means are provided to lock the flap on the body temporarily and securely in the gripping position, characterized in that at least the gripping surface of the body and/or flap has/have raised or protruding means, that are elastically deformable.
    Type: Grant

  • Patent number: 9518407
Abstract: An anti-theft device (1) comprising a ring (2), means (4) to lock (4) the ring in the closed position, and anti-theft detection means (3), wherein the ring comprises a body (20) that has a first end (21) near which the locking means are associated, a second opposite free end (22) designed to be introduced in the locking means, and at least one circular part (23) extending from the second end (22) and designed to cooperate with said locking means, characterized in that the body of the ring comprises a linear part (24) that is arranged to extend from the circular part (23) opposite the second end (22). The linear part provides complementary elasticity to the device which contributes to the ejection of the second end of the ring outside the locking means.

  • Publication number: 20160115715
Abstract: An antitheft device for off-the-shelf items includes a housing which contains an antitheft detection system and locking means hidden from view, and an attaching element that can be locked into the body of the housing. The device has in particular the appearance of a padlock. The attaching element forms the rigid loop of the padlock and is adapted to be placed in an attached position where it is held locked by one of its ends in the housing body.
