Abstract: A system for applying a coating composition is provided herein. The system includes a first high transfer efficiency applicator defining a first nozzle orifice and a second high transfer efficiency applicator defining a second nozzle orifice. The system further includes a reservoir. The system further includes a substrate defining a first target area and a second target area. The first high transfer efficiency applicator and the second high transfer efficiency applicator are configured to receive the coating composition from the reservoir and configured to expel the coating composition through the first nozzle orifice to the first target area of the substrate and to expel the coating composition through the second nozzle orifice to the second target area of the substrate.

Abstract: A system for applying a first coating composition and a second coating composition is provided herein. The system includes an atomizing applicator and a high transfer efficiency applicator defining a nozzle orifice. The system further includes a substrate assembly comprising a metal-containing substrate and a plastic-containing substrate. The metal-containing substrate is coupled to the plastic-containing substrate. The atomizing applicator is configured to apply the first coating composition to the metal-containing substrate. The high transfer efficiency applicator is configured to expel the second coating composition through the second nozzle orifice to the plastic-containing substrate.

Abstract: An attachable lighter holder device is provided. The device is comprised of a silicone or rubber body, perforated openings, and a fastening method. The device is meant to be secured around a lighter, then attached easily and securely to a shoe, beltloop, bag, or other preferred personal item or implement. In this way, the device reduces the likelihood of one's lighter being lost, misplaced, or stolen, and provides a novel and convenient means to carrying and keeping track of one's lighter.

The dasher board assemblies of various embodiments are configured to reduce impact forces when a user collides with the assembly by increasing the flexibility of the dasher board, which allows for a more gradual deceleration. In some embodiments, the dasher board assembly defines a gap behind the dasher board to allow space for deceleration. In certain embodiments, a foam material is placed between the dasher board and a frame of the assembly. In embodiments, a spline connects adjacent dasher boards without rigid connection to adjacent vertical frame elements. In embodiments, the assembly is configured to provide puck play characteristics that are comparable to conventional dasher board assemblies.

Abstract: A system for controlling actuation of an engine valve comprises a pivot and a torsion spring having first and second legs operatively connected to the pivot. A lever arm is adjustably affixed to and extending away from the pivot, and is further rotatable about a pivot axis of the pivot between a retracted position and an extended position and vice versa relative to a motion conveying component. Furthermore, a housing is provided having a pivot bore formed therein with the pivot rotatably disposed in the pivot bore. The housing further comprises a first and second openings intersecting with the pivot bore such that the first and second legs extend out of the first opening and the lever arm extends out of the second opening. When a first force is applied by the motion conveying component to the lever arm, such first force maintains the lever arm in the extended position.

Additionally, the method includes an operation for detecting a selection by the first player in the poker game requesting additional information about the side pot. In response to the selection, the side pot is presented in a second format, which has the amount of the side pot and one icon for each of the players participating in the side pot, where players absent from the side pot are not represented in the second format.

This object and associated location may then be transferred to an entity for publishing the object and location on a map. For example, a user may capture a digital picture or video on a device and, in response, may automatically transmit the picture or video and corresponding location data for publishing to a map that is associated with the user. The described techniques also allow a user to create a journal that is associated with an annotated map. For instance, the user may create a journal having one or more portions that are associated with one or more portions of an annotated map. As a user consumes (e.g., reads, views, listens, etc.) the created journal, the view of the map or the displayed annotations may correspondingly change. Finally, the described techniques allow for creation of multiple overlays on a digital map.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus for setting a lash space between a lost motion piston and an engine valve or other components of an internal combustion engine are disclosed. The apparatus may include a lock nut gauge, a zero setting gauge extending into the lock nut gauge, a lash setting gauge extending into the zero setting gauge, and a bit stem extending through the lash setting gauge. The bit stem may include a bit which is used to rotate a tappet screw that sets the lash. A key extending between the zero setting gauge and a scroll channel in the lash setting gauge may be used to control setting of the tappet screw, and thus the setting of lash.

Abstract: A drinking bowl includes a container for holding liquid and a buoyant member connected to the inside of the container for covering a liquid in the container. The buoyant member has an opening for access to liquid in the container, and is hingedly connected to the inside of the container such that the buoyant member can move, when liquid is in the container, between a position of floating in the liquid and a position of resting on the bottom of the container. In further embodiments, a mounting bracket is included with the drinking bowl, for attaching the drinking bowl to a support.
