Abstract: A lottery service system and method based on the internet is provided, capable of issuing lottery tickets on a corresponding date every day and confirming whether winning lottery numbers exist by conducting a draw at a predetermined reference time of the day on which the lottery tickets are issued, based on the internet. In particular, it is characterized in that users randomly input numbers they want and winning numbers are selected by letters and numbers having the highest or lowest incidence in corresponding places.
