  • Patent number: 12002962
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a dry electrode. The method allows determination of the micro-fibrilization degree of a binder resin from the crystallinity of the binder resin. Based on this, the processing conditions of mixed powder for electrode or an electrode film may be controlled. In this manner, it is possible to check and control the processing conditions easily and efficiently. In addition, the method for manufacturing a dry electrode includes a kneading step using a kneader under a low speed and high temperature and pulverization step. Therefore, there is no problem of blocking of a flow path caused by aggregation of the ingredients, which is favorable to mass production.

  • Patent number: 7466332
Abstract: A light scanning unit that corrects skew of a scanning line. The light scanning unit, which scans light on an exposed surface of a photosensitive medium, includes a light source to generate and illuminate at least one beam that corresponds to an image signal while being controlled on and off. A beam deflector deflects and scans a beam provided from the light source. A reflection mirror is obliquely arranged so that a scanning line directed to the exposed surface may be inclined with respect to a segment perpendicular to a transferring direction of the exposed surface to direct the scanning line to the exposed surface of the photosensitive medium by reflecting the scanning line provided from the beam deflector.

  • Publication number: 20070242125
Abstract: A multi-beam scanning unit is provided in which optical interference does not occur between a plurality of image-forming beams on an image-forming surface, and an image forming apparatus including the multi-beam scanning unit. The multi-beam scanning unit comprises a light unit having a plurality of light-emitting points for irradiating laser beams, and a light unit controller controlling the light-emitting points so that the adjacent light-emitting points do not start light emission simultaneously. A beam deflector deflects laser beams irradiated by each of the light-emitting points on a photosensitive medium.

  • Patent number: 7253938
Abstract: A light scanning apparatus is provided. The light scanning apparatus includes a beam splitter, which is located between a polygonal mirror and an f? lens and reflects a portion of light incident thereon to the polygonal mirror. A laser beam reflected from the beam splitter is reflected by the polygonal mirror and incident on the f? lens. The path of a laser beam incident on the polygonal mirror and the path of the laser beam reflected from the polygonal mirror are at the same level with each other. Therefore, by installing a beam splitter in a laser scanning apparatus, it is possible to reduce the length of each reflective surface of the polygonal mirror in a main scanning direction without increasing the length of each reflective surface of the polygonal mirror in a sub scanning direction. In addition, it is possible to perform high-speed scanning while making less noise.
