To this end, the present invention includes: classifying, by an input data classifying unit, the input data on wind power generation through a variable speed bin; calculating, by a power calculating unit, a power average value and standard deviation for each bin for the classified input data; estimating, by a power curve estimating unit, a power curve for the calculated power average value for each bin; searching for, by a limit searching unit, an accurate power curve limit while moving the estimated power curve; and setting, by a data extracting unit, the data included in the accurate power curve limit as new input data.

Abstract: A stereoscopic image reproduction device for providing a 3D user interface includes a UI generator which generates a user interface, a depth information processor which generates a 3D depth for the user interface, and a formatting unit which generates a 3D user interface for the user interface by using the 3D depth. The depth information processor may be integrated with the formatting unit. Various factors used to generate 3D depth perception include at least any one of blur, textual gradient, linear perspective, shading, color, brightness, and chroma, which results in a 3D-type user interface (UI) being shown on a stereoscopic image display.

Abstract: Provided are an apparatus and method of monitoring a wind turbine blade. The method includes converting strain of a blade into moment, generating a reference value based on design information of the blade and statistical information of the moment, and comparing the moment with the reference value and determining a state of the blade. Accordingly, since the reference value serving as a reference of blade state determination is generated according to blade design information and moment statistical information and learning of the moment statistical information is performed, reliability of blade state determination can be improved, and thus, effective management and maintenance of the blade becomes possible.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a robot mechanism for nondestructive aging evaluation of a cable. The robot mechanism includes at least two inspection modules, and a coupler disposed between the at least two inspection modules and connected to each of the inspection modules to adjust a separation between the inspection modules. Each of the inspection modules approaches a cable and automatically inspects an aged state of the cable. The robot mechanism automatically measures an aged state of a cable in a nondestructive manner and establishes a database of cable aging, so that normal operation of the cable can be ensured through stable management of the cable by evaluating a replacement time and the aged state of the cable based on the database.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method for interacting with a mobile telephone are provided. A remote control unit receives a user command and transmits it to a TV system which recognizes the user command as a telephone function command and transmits the function command to the mobile telephone if the TV system is set to Telephone Mode. The TV system may also output data received from the mobile telephone in response to the transmitted function command. Thus, a user may interact with a mobile telephone using an interactive TV system by displaying text/image data received from the telephone and by inputting various telephone function commands using a remote control unit. Upon receiving a function command from the TV system, the mobile telephone generates output data in response to the function command and transmits itto the TV system. A display unit of the TV system displays the text/image data, and a speaker outputs the sound data.
