Abstract: A protective play enclosure includes a frame having first and second rectangular frame members which are inclined relative to one another with end braces arranged in an X-configuration. A flexible floor extends between the bottom frame crossbars and a flexible wall of a netting material extends upwardly from the floor and is connecting to the frame top cross bars. The frame end braces are extendable and retractable for erecting and collapsing the enclosure. A frame top for the enclosure can be pivotally displaced to a position along one sidewall when an open topped enclosure is preferred.
