    Abstract: Embodiments are configured to manage memory, including detecting one or more memory leaks. The various embodiments are configured to detect memory leaks and/or associated data without adding extra space or overhead for each associated memory allocation as compared with current implementations. In an embodiment, memory is managed including the detection a memory leak by using a fixed memory overhead, such as a fixed block or buffer of N pointers, instead of adding extra space per memory allocation. The contents of the fixed block can be altered and used to detect when memory has been allocated but not freed based on an analysis of a polynomial associated with one or more allocation and free operations. The polynomial can be solved to determine leaked pointers under certain conditions.

The frame is preferably formed so as to have a number of mounting arms on which to mount the LEDs. In this way, the LEDs can be positioned on the arms and their emitted light can be directed to focus on different aspects of the display unit (i.e., the products housed in the unit, banners or advertisements on the unit, etc.). The lighting assemblies may include, but do not have to include, various optical features to enhance the distribution of light emitted from the LEDs, including, but not limited to, lenses, reflectors, etc.

The lens matrix may be positioned relative to the light sources so that each light source resides in a first orientation within one of the lenses and emits a light distribution. Relative translation between the light sources and the lens matrix alters the orientation of the light sources within the lenses, creating a different light distribution. A light source's orientation may change within the same lens, or the light source may translate to a different lens to alter the distribution of its emitted light.

    Abstract: A vertically adjustable overhang bracket uses an elongate base component adapted to be supported from a support column. A frame member is slidably secured to the base component to allow movement of the frame along the length of the elongate base component. The frame is of a shape to provide an outwardly extending support member for supporting concrete formwork members to one side of the base component. An actuator controls the position of the frame, relative to the elongate base component. With this arrangement, concrete formwork can be more easily supported in a cantilevered manner from support columns and vertically adjusted quickly to the proper position. Removal of the formwork is simplified as the frame can be lowered, relative to the base component providing clearance for removal of the bracket and the formwork.

    Abstract: A safety ladder cage system is of a fabricated construction to reduce the time and expertise to provide a safety cage to one side of a scaffold system access ladder. The safety cage system is divided into two components each of which can be carried by a worker to the appropriate point and loosely hung from a ladder rung or the ladder uprights. The worker is then free to accurately position the safety cage component to one side of the ladder. The second component is then brought into position and attached to the opposite side of the ladder in a similar manner. The components are then attached to each other along vertical securing edges outwardly spaced from and generally centered on the ladder. Each component preferably includes its own captured connector for engaging the opposite component.

Moreover, the contactors within a single contactor assembly or housing can be independently controlled so that the contacts of one contactor can be opened without opening the contacts of the other contactors in the contactor assembly. The connectors at opposite ends of the elongate body have an opposite orientation of said fingers where the fingers of one connector are 180 degrees out of alignment with the fingers of the other connector. This arrangement allows toeboards to connect easily in an end to end manner as well as in a perpendicular manner.

The slot is blocked until a puck is formed in an end of a forming chamber of the dry ice extruding machine. The block is then removed and dry ice extruded to a desired length and then broken to give a slab of dry ice. The last step is repeated over and over as the extruded portion reaches the desired length to give the number of slabs wanted.
