  • Publication number: 20220319647
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for implementing a data fabric structure is disclosed. The method may comprise: receiving user data associated with a user from an external server via a secure network connection; storing the user data on a cloud-based data lake; transmitting the user data to a staging table; adding, to the staging table, user identification data and metadata; modifying the user data based on a determined correlation between the user data, the user identification data, and metadata to generate modified user data; comparing the modified user data and prior user data to determine a difference; upon determining the difference does not exceed a threshold, extracting, using a trained machine learning model, relevant data from the modified user data; formatting the relevant data into atomic data; generating a plurality of domains based on the atomic data, and presenting via a graphical user interface, graphical depictions of the plurality of domains.

  • Patent number: 5341498
Abstract: An operator MUX interface (OMI) (102) includes a data base manager (203) that manages at least two data bases. The first comprises a substantially non-temporary data base, and the second comprises a substantially temporary data base. The latter includes information from both the first data base, and other information as well. The data base manager (203) automatically alters the data storage structure of the second data base whenever either the data storage structure for the first data base is changed, or whenever new information must be added to the second data base, and the data storage structure of the second data base will not readily accommodate that addition.

  • Patent number: 5175727
Abstract: The present invention discloses a communication system network that comprises a plurality of communication systems and a processing multiplexer. The communication systems, which may be either conventional communication systems and/or trunked communication systems, transmit digitized audio signals and communication system data to the processing multiplexer. Based on signal destination data, which is part of the communication system data, the processing multiplexer processes the digitized signals and routes the resultant signals to the appropriate signal destinations of the communication systems.

  • Patent number: 4628478
Abstract: The communications system may include wireless two-way communications equipment having selectable functions and various operational features. Control modules each include mechanisms for providing indicia representative of the status of the features of the communications equipment and mechanisms for generating data for controlling the functions to be selected on the communications equipment. A group of the control modules are coupled to a panel module which selectively communicates with each of the control modules in the group. An interface circuit is coupled to a plurality of the panel modules for selectively communicating with each; the interface circuit includes a microprocessor for writing indicia data to each of the selected control modules via the selected panel module and reads the control data generated by the control modules. The periodic scanning and reading of information is utilized to ascertain changes in the data.

  • Patent number: 4594633
Abstract: An integrated circuit protection device for use with a voltage regulator used to drive an integrated circuit to prevent damage to the integrated circuit which goes into a "latch up" condition. The integrated circuit protection device comprises a first switching circuit, connected to the output of the voltage regulator for selectively connecting the output of the voltage regulator to ground and a second switching circuit, connected to the input and the output of the voltage regulator and to the first switching circuit, for detecting a "latch up" condition and for selectively activating the first switching circuit upon detection of a "latch up" condition, whereby the first switching circuit connects the output of the voltage regulator to ground and resets the integrated circuit to prevent damage thereto. A predetermined time after the "latch up" condition is detected, normal operation is automatically restored.

  • Patent number: 4550400
Abstract: The remote digital volume control system (10) as used in an audio control apparatus comprising at least one multidigital/audio slot bus (12) which is coupled to base stations through interfaces (21-24). Console interfacing circuits (38) are coupled to the bus (12) and a plurality of remote consoles (30) each with channel control panels (32) coupled to the interfacing circuits (38). The system (10) comprises channel control modules (102) and shared A/D circuitry (150) including two comparators (152, 153) and an up/down counter (154) for generating a four-bit word for each volume control setting of each channel control module (102). The remoted interfacing circuits (38) coupled to said bus include a RAM (180) for storing volume level information for each channel control module (102) and routing information, and a timing control circuit (182) for routing information from the respective digital/audio slots on the bus (12) to audio line driver circuits (71-74) in the consoles (30).

  • Patent number: 4451705
Abstract: There is disclosed a combined business communication system and an ACD system where each station in the system is available to handle, on a per call basis, either ACD or regular incoming calls. The system is arranged to accept from any user at any station an ID uniquely associated with that user. The ID in turn then controls the ACD system to direct calls to the user in accordance with the ID information without regard to the station location of that user. Calls between system users are completed either in accordance with station identification numbers or in accordance with the ID number of the desired user.

  • Patent number: 4449017
Abstract: When a standard business office communication system is combined with ACD features, it is necessary to design the system to accommodate a variety of operational modes. Two such modes are handset operation, where a station user talks and listens via a conventional hand-held instrument, and headset operation where the user has an earphone and mouthpiece supported by the head. In headset operation, the station is made to appear off-hook permanently and incoming calls are signaled by a short burst of audio tone followed by an automatic connection to the called party. In handset operation, ringing signals must be applied to the station, and these signals continue until the incoming call is answered by a subsequent off-hook condition of the station. The disclosed arrangement allows each station to operate in either mode on a per call basis.
