  • Publication number: 20240115827
Abstract: A mask assembly for use as part of an apparatus for supplying a flow of respiratory gases to a user is disclosed. The mask assembly includes a mask body having an inlet through which said flow of respiratory gases are provided to the interior of said mask body. A mask seal assembly comprising a seal of flexible material and a clip of rigid material is attached to the body. The seal has a first side and a second side. The first side of the seal is shaped to approximately match the contours of a user's face and in use substantially seal against a user's face. The second side is attached to the clip. The clip provides an interface extending substantially the full perimeter or periphery of the mask seal assembly for releasably attaching the mask seal assembly to the mask body. The clip comprises a bridging portion spanning outwards from the perimeter or periphery of the mask body to space at least a portion of the second side of the seal outwards from the perimeter or periphery of the mask body.

  • Patent number: 10797873
Abstract: A method that occurs at a distributed ledger system includes receiving a request for calibration information associated with a first unit identifier (UID) and determining one or more UIDs associated with the first UID. The method also includes, for each of the first UID and the one or more UIDs: determining, using one or more access control rules, that a requester is permitted access to the calibration information associated with a respective UID; obtaining at least one access security key for accessing the calibration information; obtaining, from at least one block of a first distributed ledger, a digital signature associated with the calibration information associated with the respective UID; using the at least one access security key to decrypt and access the calibration information associated with the respective UID; and verifying, using the digital signature, the calibration information associated with the respective UID.

  • Publication number: 20170240318
Abstract: A reinforcement for a bag or a sack is described. The reinforcement has an elongate body with a thinner mid-section than its ends. The reinforcement also has a locking clip slidingly engaged with the second middle portion. It is configured to slide in a direction parallel to the longitudinal axis from a first position, where the locking clip is not aligned with the bag fold line and where the bag and the elongate body are permitted to fold along the bag fold line, to a second position, where the locking clip is substantially aligned with the bag fold line and the body fold line, where the locking clip substantially prevents the bag and the elongate body from folding and substantially maintains the bag in an open position.

  • Patent number: 4708212
Abstract: Lag-determining method and apparatus which provides for determination of and an indication of when borehole cuttings from preselected depths arrive at the surface of the earth is disclosed and includes devices for inputting the value of the lag strokes and the predetermined drilling depth increments. A signal representative of the actual drilling depth is provided to a computer circuitry. Counter circuitry accumulates a count of the strokes of the positive displacement mud pump. Adder circuitry sums the lag strokes and the accumulated count of the mud pump. Comparator circuitry provides an output when the compared values of the accumulated number of strokes of the positive displacement mud pump equals the sum of the lag strokes and the strokes of the positive displacement mud pump at a predetermined depth plus the depth increment. Visual and audio indications provide notification of the arrival of borehole cuttings from preselected depths.

  • Patent number: 4677851
Abstract: Disclosed is a method and apparatus for measuring the density of a liquid, such as a drilling mud, by continuously flowing a sample of the liquid through a container having a fixed predetermined volume. The container is supported by at least one bed of pressurized fluid. The pressure of the fluid is varied in response to fluctuations in the weight of the liquid sample in the container. A pressure transmitter monitors the pressure level in the bed and produces a signal indicative of the density of the liquid sample.
