    Abstract: The present invention relates to a low cost, article for the delivery of personal care foams comprising a package comprising a container having flexible, deformable walls, an opening portion, a first sponge having a density of from about 1.5 to about 3.0 lbs./ft3; an indentation force deflection of from about 40 to about 65 lbs./50 in2; and a porosity of from about 50 pores per inch to about 100 pores per inch; and a second sponge having a density of from about 1.30 to about 2.00 lbs./ft3; an indentation force deflection of from about 40 to about 95 lbs./50 in2; and a porosity of from about 10 pores per inch to about 50 pores per inch; and a foaming composition; wherein the ratio of the combined bulk volume of the sponges to the liquid volume of the foaming composition is from about 2:1 to about 60:1, and wherein the ratio of air volume to liquid volume is about 4:1 to about 100:1.
