Abstract: A kit of parts for use in a unicondylar knee replacement procedure having a keel punch, a unicondylar tibial trial and an impactor. The keel punch including a cutting formation on the inferior side configured to form a slot in a resected part of a patient's tibia, and a first attachment formation on the superior side. The unicondylar tibial trial having a body defining a slot passing therethrough between an upper surface and a lower surface that extends parallel to a longitudinal axis extending from an anterior end to a posterior end of the body. The slot configured to slidably receive the keel punch. The impactor includes a second attachment formation and is releasably attachable to the keel punch by slidingly engaging the second attachment formation with the first attachment formation. An assembly for use in and methods of trialing during a unicondylar knee replacement procedure are also disclosed.

Abstract: A unicondylar posterior cutting block, method of use and kit of surgical components are provided, with the cutting block comprising: a base which is mountable on a resected proximal tibial surface of a knee of a patient in use; and a body pivotally attached to the base, the body including an alignment formation arranged to align with a marking on a femur in use, the body defining a cutting guide therein for receiving a cutting instrument to make a unicondylar posterior cut in the femur and wherein moving the alignment formation to align with the marking on the femur causes the body to rotate relative to the base and to tilt the cutting guide relative to the base. Different bases offer different cut positions and rotation of the base offers further different cut positions.

Abstract: The present invention enables a three-pane page flow editor optimized for viewing and editing a page flow. It provides a visual representation of nodes/actions and the connections among them, enabling the ability to read and edit connections between nodes in a local area of the page flow without the overlaps between lines and crossovers once the page flow grows complex in real applications. In addition, it detects and resolves mismatches between annotations of a plurality of action outputs—representing data that an action can provide to a page, and a plurality of page inputs—representing data required by a page in the page flow. Abstract: A cargo support device that includes a cargo support bar having a top flat bar, a plurality of triangular braces and a pair of mounting plates, the top flat bar receives one or more pieces of cargo that would otherwise be placed on a tailgate of a pick-up truck, the triangular braces are coupled to a bottom portion of the cargo support bar and extend downward into the pick-up truck bed while the cargo support bar is placed across the pick-up truck bed, the pair of mounting plates are coupled underneath a first end of the cargo support bar and a second end of the cargo support bar and the pair of mounting plates are placed on the pair of rails of the pick-up truck bed. The device also includes a pair of mounting clamps to couple the cargo support bar to the sides of the pick-up truck bed.
