  • Patent number: 11928789
Abstract: A method of processing an image within a vehicle interior with a camera includes acquiring a live image of the vehicle interior. The live image is compared to an ideally aligned image of the vehicle interior having an associated region of interest to generate a homography matrix. The homography matrix is applied to the region of interest to generate a calibrated region of interest projected onto the live image for detecting an object therein.

  • Publication number: 20230266723
Abstract: The disclosure generally pertains to systems and methods for determining preferred battery capacities. In an example method, a first set of data associated with scooter usage in a geographic area may be received. A first number of battery packs and a second number of battery packs for servicing the geographic area may be determined based at least on the first set of data, where the first number of battery packs has a first power capacity and the second number of battery packs has a second power capacity. A first cost associated with the first number of battery packs and a second cost associated with the second number of battery packs may be determined via a simulation model. The first cost may be determined to be lower than the second cost, and the first number of battery packs having the first power capacity may be selected to service the geographic area.

  • Publication number: 20220214567
Abstract: A goggle with an anti-fogging lens including a body portion operable to interface with a face of a user. The goggle body includes a power source and a body magnet. The power source is in electrical connection with the body magnet. Additionally, the goggle includes a lens portion operable to be removeable coupled to the body portion. The lens portion includes a lens, a resistive element coupled to the lens and operable to heat the lens, and a lens magnet in electrical connection with the resistive element. The body magnet and the lens magnet form complementary magnetic fields operable to hold the lens portion to the body portion, the lens magnet is operable to conduct electricity from the power source to the resistive element.

  • Patent number: 10935312
Abstract: A split mixed refrigerant (“MR”) natural gas liquefication system, where low-pressure (“LP”) and medium pressure (“MP”) MR compressors are driven by a first gas turbine and a propane compressor and a high-pressure (“HP”) MR compressor is driven by a second gas turbine, is disclosed. The split MR liquefication system is configured to adjust the characteristics of the HP MR compressor to require less power when less power is available and more power when more power is available compared to the system's design point. Such adjustments allow for shifting the balance of power between the propane compressor and the HP MR compressor to improve LNG production efficiency.
