  • Publication number: 20240170784
Abstract: A battery tray can include a first member having a first lower portion and a first upper portion. The first lower portion can support a battery with a first insulative element positioned between the first lower portion and the battery. The first upper portion can couple with the battery with a second insulative element positioned between the battery and the first upper portion. The battery tray can include a second member having a second lower portion and a second upper portion. The second lower portion can support the battery with a third insulative element positioned between the second lower portion and the battery. The second upper portion can couple with the battery with a fourth insulative element positioned between the battery and the second upper portion.

  • Publication number: 20240170778
Abstract: A battery energy storage system can include an enclosure including a panel to provide access to a cavity defined by the enclosure. The battery energy storage system a frame positioned within the cavity. The frame can include a first rail to accommodate a first battery tray coupled with a first battery of a first battery type and a second rail to accommodate a second battery tray coupled with a second battery of a second battery type. A dimension of the first battery type is different than a dimension of the second battery type.

  • Publication number: 20230094412
Abstract: A system and method for phase and gain calibration of a current sensor system. The system comprises a microcontroller configured to execute software in an energy measurement component and a calibration computer having a calibration application. The energy measurement component receives first and second digital signals representing current and voltage signals, respectively, received from a test source, and calculates active power and a power factor, and provides those values to the calibration computer. The power factor is converted to a converted phase angle. Based on the information received from the energy measurement component, the calibration application calculates parameters used to update components within the microcontroller to maximize the accuracy of the current sensor system.
