Abstract: A stable and high loading ternary solid dispersion composition comprising (a) about 50% wt. to about 90% wt. of amorphous Efavirenz; (b) about 10% wt. to about 50% wt. of polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP), a first polymer; (c) about 1% wt. to about 30% wt. of a water-soluble second polymer; and (d) optionally about 0.1% wt. to about 50% wt. of at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. Also discloses a high loading ternary composition comprising (a) a solid dispersion composition comprising (i) about 50% wt. to about 90% wt. of amorphous Efavirenz; (ii) about 10% wt. to about 50% wt. of polyvinyl pyrrolidone, a first polymer; (b) about 1% wt. to about 30% wt. of a water-soluble second polymer blended with solid dispersion of composition of (a); and (c) optionally about 0.1% wt. to about 50% wt. of at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.

Abstract: A stable ternary solid dispersion composition with enhanced physical stability and/or bioavailability comprising: (a) about 1% wt. to about 50% wt. of one or more poorly soluble active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) which belongs to Biopharmaceutics Classification System (BCS) class II and/or IV; (b) about 11% wt. to about 50% wt. of at least one water-soluble polymer; and (c) about 20% wt. to about 99% wt. of crosslinked polyvinylpyrrolidone (crospovidone, a water-insoluble polymer). The solid dispersion is capable of inhibiting crystallization of API in solid state and/or aqueous gastrointestinal tract (GIT) medium. Also disclosed is a method of preparation of such solid dispersion composition by fusion or solvent or fusion-solvent method.

Abstract: A system and method for monitoring unauthorized changes to a database and providing a notification to a user according to preferences set by the user. The user can select one or more data entries within a database to be monitored. When these data entries are changed, a notification is sent to the user. The user can also select a credit score or rating within the database to be monitored. When the credit rating changes, a notification can also be sent to the user. Notifications regarding interest rates, prices, and other financial information associated with a change in a credit score or rating can also be sent to the user according to preferences set by the user.
