    Abstract: A system includes a reagent selector valve controllable to select a reagent flow path from a plurality of reagent flow paths, and a pump coupled to the reagent flow path to draw a liquid through the reagent flow path in accordance with a prescribed test protocol. The system includes a discharge flow path to expel the drawn liquid, and a flow meter to measure liquid displaced by the pump and that outputs data representative of the measured flow. The system also includes a processor to access the data and to determine a volume of the liquid displaced by the pump.

    Abstract: A snow and debris accumulation prevention system for vehicles having a vehicle body and tires, utilizes a flexible, easily removeable, integral continuous length material curtain, or a curtain made up of interconnected material sections. The curtain has a top edge and a bottom edge. A sleeve runs through the length of the top edge. A tautly maintained line extends through the sleeve. The line is configured to be hung on hooks on the vehicle body, such that the curtain is suspended from the hooks, completely circumscribes the vehicle body, and extends over, completely covering the vehicle tires. The bottom edge of the curtain also has a sleeve containing weighted dunnage, to ensure that the curtain is maintained in a fixed position, suspended down from and circumscribing the vehicle body and completely covering its tires.

The collected data are in different units of measure from one another. Based on the collected data, the forecast model is applied to determine a total error value from a calculation performed on the parameters in the forecast model. To update the forecast model, additional parameters are added, existing parameters are modified, or parameters are removed from the forecast model to determine a modified total error value. The modified total error value is then compared to the original total error value. The parameters are also converted to normalized values to be in a common unit of measure to facilitate the application of the forecast model to determine a total error value.

    Abstract: A particularly useful low lead aviation gasoline fuel blend complies with all requirements of ASTM D 910 and includes 67.0 volume % isooctane, 18.0 volume % xylene, 12.0 volume % isopentane, 3.0 volume % isobutane and 0.47 mL/gal of tetraethyl lead. Another useful low lead aviation gasoline fuel blend which complies with all requirements of ASTM D 910 except for oxygenate content includes 60.0 volume % isooctane, 15.0 volume % xylene, 14.0 volume % methyl t-butyl ether, 8.0 volume % isopentane, 3.0 volume % isobutane and 0.2 mL/gal of tetraethyl lead. The isooctane used in either case is a purified isooctane prepared either by fractionating a crude DIB material and hydrogenating the fractionated material or hydrogenating the crude DIB material and fractionating the hydrogenated material.
