The laminate is most useful in fabricating envelopes or packages for electronic components featuring EMI and RFI shielding an electrostatic dissipation. The laminate comprises outer layers of an electrostatic free plastic and a middle layer of conductive fibers in a low density mat of between 0.2 and 0.5 ounces per square yard.
