  • Patent number: 11995609
Abstract: In one embodiment, a processing device receives a first digital fingerprint of a media item along with a first content management rule. The processing device separately receives a second digital fingerprint of the media item along with a second content management rule. The processing device determines that the received digital fingerprints are for the same media item based upon a match between the first digital fingerprint and the second digital fingerprint. The processing device determines that all rights to the media item have been accounted for, and then determines a set of actions to be performed for hosted media items comprising the media item based at least in part upon the first content management rule and the second content management rule. Processing logic may also perform a conflict resolution process for conflicting rights claims to the media item.

  • Patent number: 6712226
Abstract: A wall or ceiling mountable bracket, used in pairs, for storing and displaying board-based recreational equipment includes a generally U-shaped body having structurally-reinforced elongated front and rear portions and a spacer portion extending between and rigidly interconnecting them so as to hold them in a spaced apart relationship which forms an elongated channel between them being open at one end and along opposite sides and closed at an opposite end for receiving board-based recreational equipment in the channel. The bracket also includes structures providing access through the body to facilitate fastening the body with its rear portion located against a support structure. The access providing structures define at least two bores, one through the rear portion and the other through the spacer portion and through segments of the front and rear portions aligned with and connected to the spacer portion.

  • Patent number: 6205586
Abstract: The present invention is directed towards a necktie assembly having a separate simulated knot assembly and necktie blade. The simulated knot assembly includes a frustum that has a necktie passageway therethrough. The necktie blade has a front apron with a proximal section and a distal section. A neckband extends from the proximal section of the front apron. In use, the necktie blade passes through the necktie passageway in the frustum, and attaches to a portion of the simulated knot assembly. Because the simulated knot assembly and necktie blade are separate pieces, stylish combinations of simulated knot assemblies and necktie blades can be worn.

  • Patent number: 4565716
Abstract: Metal particles, e.g. aluminum, are treated with ionic organic phosphate, being thereby transformed to a state capable of resisting attack from an aqueous medium. The treated particles may be incorporated into a water-borne coating.

  • Patent number: 4138511
Abstract: A method of using a powder product consisting essentially of thermoplastic or thermosetting polymer based plastic particles and mutually separated, metal flake particles which lie with their faces attached to the surfaces of the plastic particles, said method including applying said powder product to a surface and then melting the plastic particles to form a continuous film on the surface, this being followed by subsequent solidification of the film to obtain a coating of the surface. In an alternate form of the invention, the metal flake particles cover the plastic particles, the quantity of metal flake particles being such that coalescence is inhibited to give a rough, frosted metallic appearance to the surface.
