  • Patent number: 5083410
Abstract: Formable sheet metal or other formable material having similar characteristics, such as poly vinyl chloride, constitute practically the only components required to fabricate a light-weight, packageable and easily transportable building herein described. Being light-weight, the building structure does not require a massive, expensive foundation. The entire structure can be quickly erected by unskilled labor using a simple pair of pliers. All components can be fabricated in most cases without special machinery and they are all then snapped together or connected with integral pre-formed or formable fasteners, with only one exception: toggle screws used to fasten the combination ventilation/illumination panels to the standing seams of the roof panels and to fasten rain caps to the ridges of gabled roofs. The finished structure is rigid, self-supporting, resistant to high wind forces, water-tight and protective from the elements.

  • Patent number: 5066247
Abstract: An electrical wiring system for use in construction of buildings consisting of fittings moulded of a dielectric material with internal circuitry and wire attachments that can be quickly and easily installed in round holes in panel materials of varying thicknesses by means of a metal clip. These fittings connected to each other with BX cable provide a foolproof installation that is impossible to short out and can be accomplished by labor not skilled in electrical wiring. Not only is the labor cost involved in installing this system reduced, but the material costs are also greatly reduced compared with the costs of conventional wiring.

  • Patent number: 3950687
Abstract: A servo-system for controlling position as well as rate of movement of a controlled device. Any command signals are processed or shaped prior to comparison with the feedback position signals. This processing includes integration at one of two available integration rates in accordance with the magnitude of the difference between the command and shaped command signals to correct for synchro non-linearities. The processing also includes limiting the input to the integrator such that the velocity as well as position of the controlled member is controlled.A fail-detect system monitors critical signals and power levels and distinctively indicates a failure if any is detected.
