  • Publication number: 20240113974
Abstract: Mobile management method, system and client. Method includes receiving a DNS query for a host name from an application on client; retrieving reputation data associated with host name from a local cache on client; and determining a policy based on host name and the reputation data. Based on determined policy for the host name, blocking attempted network flows to a host corresponding to host name to produce blocked attempted network flows. Method also includes sending attempted network flow metadata related to the blocked attempted network flows to a collector on client; transmitting the attempted network flow metadata from the collector to a VPN server pool via a VPN tunnel; and producing an anomaly report from the transmitted attempted network flow metadata. The anomaly report includes at least one of anomalies, cohorts, trends, location boundaries, detected network security issues, detected compromised clients and/or optimized network usage.

  • Patent number: 4819417
Abstract: An improved lawn mower grass clipping catcher using vortical separation of grass clippings from exhaust air. The catcher includes a vortex exhaust baffle which deflects and diverts upward flow of air and clippings down and outwardly into the vortical flow, decreasing the escape of suspended clippings and dust from the catcher. The clippings fall into a plastic trash barrel which may contain a plastic trash bag. The barrel supports the housing in which the vortical air flow is initiated. The delivery chute is rectangular in cross section and scrolls around the housing to provide smoother air flow at the inlet of the housing by optimizing the tangentiality of entry of the inlet air. The delivery chute is rigid and provides cantilevered support for the housing when the housing is lifted about a hinge and located in a retracted position while the plastic barrel is being emptied.

  • Patent number: 4246999
Abstract: A grain cup for use with the conveyor belt of a grain elevator includes two oppositely disposed, flat side panels which are perpendicularly joined with a flat rear panel. Joined between the two side panels and extending upwardly from the base of the rear panel is a forward panel which has two separately curved portions. A first portion is of a part-cylindrical shape having a constant curvature about a first axis and the forward panel includes a leading edge having a constant curvature about a second axis. The second portion is also part-cylindrical and has a constant curvature about a third axis. This third axis being at an acute angle relative to the first axis. The grain cup is fabricated as a single integral member out of polyethylene and includes a series of vent holes in the leading panel and adjacent the rear panel for facilitating the scooping of grain into the cup.

  • Patent number: 4059235
Abstract: A shredding device for paperboard cartons having two vertically spaced rotors provided with teeth around their periphery. The teeth on the two rotors overlap radially. A conveyor is arranged to feed cartons to the shredding rotors and to crush the cartons, if they happen to be oversize, to a predetermined maximum vertical dimension. The rotors have a diameter approximately twice the maximum vertical dimension of the cartons fed to the shredding rotors.
