  • Patent number: 11122812
Abstract: A shrimp processing machine includes a frame assembly, a drive assembly coupled therewith, a bracket member, and an adjustable cutting assembly. The adjustable cutting assembly is movable between a raised position and a lowered position and includes a cutting device and an adjustable cam plate operably coupled with the cutting device. The adjustable cam plate has a cam body, an adjustment mechanism, and an engagement region having first, second, and third engagement surfaces. The adjustable cutting assembly is adjustable between a first configuration whereby the cutting device has a slow drop-in rate and a second configuration whereby the cutting device has a fast drop-in rate.

  • Patent number: 9833005
Abstract: A shrimp processing machine includes an adjustable cutting assembly and an adjustable meat picking assembly. The adjustable cutting assembly is adapted to adjust between a first configuration that forms a cut having a first length on a shrimp and a second configuration that forms a cut having a second length on the shrimp. The adjustable cutting assembly is further adapted to adjust between a first position that forms a cut having a first depth on the shrimp and a second position that forms a cut having a second depth on the shrimp. The adjustable meat picking assembly is adapted to rotatably adjust when a meat picker contacts the shrimp to remove shrimp meat from a shrimp shell.

  • Patent number: 4949944
Abstract: A model airplane jig is disclosed which is particularly adapted to support a model gasoline engine airplane in substantially any position or orientation so that repairs can be made to the same. The jig includes a weighted base and a vertical post extending upwardly therefrom. A horizontal beam is pivotally connected to the top of the post through a ball joint and trunnion with the connection being radially offset from the axis of the post. Front and rear wheel clamps adjustably mounted adjacent the ends of the horizontal beam attach to the wheels of an airplane and secure the plane to the jig.

  • Patent number: 4145175
Abstract: An extrusion apparatus especially suitable for the extrusion of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene comprising an elongated die having internal heating and cooling temperature control units. The die comprises one piece straight through construction and incorporates a chamber that is positioned in longitudinal alignment with the die profile zone. The ratio of cross sectional areas of the chamber and of the die profile zone is substantially one to one. A punch forces the polyethylene through the chamber and into the profile zone of the die wherein the resin is cured and extruded to the desired shape. Internal heating passages and cooling passages are positioned within the die to form a temperature gradient wherein the temperature is greatest at a point intermediate the ends of the die. The travel of the extruded shape is retarded by an adjustable clamp exteriorly of the die.
