    Abstract: A decal removal composition which loosens the adhesive which bonds the decal to an aircraft's painted surface without adversely affecting the underlying protective paint system. The composition includes three active solvents, viz., xylene, mineral spirits and MIBK. The composition also includes thickeners and evaporation retardants as well as water mixed with a wetting agent.
