  • Patent number: 6086447
Abstract: A doll includes a body having an integrally formed upwardly extending attachment post. The attachment post defines a spherical surface joined to a ball end to define a narrow portion at the junction thereof. A doll head is formed of a flexible resilient material having an interior cavity and bottom surface. A recess and surrounding wall is formed in the bottom surface of the doll head and includes a tapered aperture and an inwardly extending edge. The doll head is assembled to the attachment post by forcing the ball end through the recess and tapered aperture such that the inwardly extending edge is received within the narrow portion of the attachment post.

  • Patent number: 4715843
Abstract: A toy vehicle playset includes a roadway, a booster for impelling a vehicle along the roadway, a ramp positioned in the roadway to provide a path for an impelled vehicle to leap a predetermined distance, a catcher positioned in the roadway to catch a vehicle jumping the ramp, and a return portion of the roadway slanted to stop the vehicle and return it to the end of the roadway at which the booster is situated, the ramp being designed to pivot so that it allows a toy vehicle to pass along the roadway in the opposite direction.

  • Patent number: 4242844
Abstract: A spark plug cleaner is constructed as an upright canister with outwardly directed openings into which spark plugs are inserted. A vertically mounted motor driven impeller sucks grit from an axial center of the canister and flings it toward the spark plug sockets. A grit recovery floor is provided below the impeller and sockets and is configured concave upward. A suction guide fits coaxially over the collection floor and also slopes concave upward toward the center of the impeller. An annular vacuum channel is formed between the collection floor and the suction guide to concentrate impeller suction on spent grit as it falls to said collection floor and to increase grit velocity and density to the impeller.

  • Patent number: 4232421
Abstract: An annular gasket is formed with a tubular sleeve of flexible material. At the interior surface of one end of the sleeve a lip is directed a short distance radially inwardly. At the opposite end of the sleeve, a recess is defined in the interior sleeve surface to receive the lip when the tubular sleeve is folded back upon itself to assume a generally toroidal configuration. The gasket interiorally receives cylindrical members of one diameter when the sleeve is in its extended condition and cylindrical members of a narrower diameter when in its toroidal configuration.

  • Patent number: 4151731
Abstract: The specification describes a cylinder lock including a plurality of driver and associated follower pins movably residing in axially alignable bores in the lock core and cylinder, the lock also including spheres normally located in notches in the outer extremity of core cylinder wall, one or more of the spheres moving to a position between associated driver and follower pins preventing the alignment of these associated pins at the peripheral surface of the core when the follower or tumbler pins are manipulated without the use of a properly designed key.
