The System may request posts containing a subject tag from social media operators. The posts may be made by merchants having a relationship with the System. The System may filter the posts based on filters, geographic data, and member preferences. The System may distribute the posts to members having a relationship with the System.

Abstract: Systems and methods for distributing social media posts from social media operators is described. In one example, a system includes a computing device that is configured to obtain posts of a merchant from social media operators. A request to distribute a social media post from the posts to a recipient group is identified based at least in part on the social media post include a subject tag for the merchant. A subset of the posts is filtered based at least in part on an identification of a duplicative post with the subject tag. A set of recipients for the recipient group is identified based at least part on individual recipients in the set of recipients sharing a common preference and metadata associated with a particular post of the subset of the posts. The particular post of the subset of the posts is inserted into a web page.

Abstract: A system, method, and article of manufacture for providing electronic help is disclosed. The method may comprise receiving a search query, searching, by a search library and in response to the search query, a document object model (“DOM”) structure associated with a webpage, and identifying a portion of the webpage based upon the searching. In various embodiments, the method may further comprise receiving a selection of an option to receive electronic help, communicating with a help database to retrieve help data, and displaying a storyboard associated with the help data. The storyboard may be displayed in a pertinent portion of a webpage based upon the DOM structure of the webpage. The help data may be further received based upon the search query.
