    Abstract: A method of cardiac electrostimulation of a patient with a cardiac electrostimulation device includes implanting a first electrode in the left ventricle of the patient. A second electrode is implanted in the heart of the patient. In some embodiments, the first electrode and second electrode are electrically connected in parallel and share a common anode. The method reduces the likelihood of phrenic stimulation in the patient. Adapters and electrostimulation devices are also disclosed.
