  • Publication number: 20240191240
Abstract: Defined multi-conjugate oligonucleotides can have predetermined sizes and compositions. For example, in various embodiment, defined multi-conjugate oligonucleotides can have advantageous properties, for example in the form of defined multi-conjugate siRNA (i.e., including two, three or more siRNA) having enhanced intracellular delivery and/or multigene silencing effects. In various embodiment, the defined multi-conjugate oligonucleotides can be synthesized via new synthetic intermediates and methods. The defined multi-conjugate oligonucleotides can be used, for example, in reducing gene expression, biological research, treating or preventing medical conditions, or t9o produce new or altered phenotypes in cells or organisms.

  • Publication number: 20240183470
Abstract: A fitting includes a first and second threaded fitting component and a conduit gripping device receivable within the first threaded fitting component. A stroke resisting member is integral with the first threaded fitting component and includes a web having a first radial thickness and extending axially inward from the first threaded fitting component to a distal ring portion having a second radial thickness greater than the first radial thickness. A radially extending bearing surface of the distal ring portion axially engages a radially extending portion of the second fitting component when the first and second fitting components are joined together to the first relative axial position. The stroke resisting member resists additional axial stroke of the first and second fitting components, such that a tightening torque beyond the first relative axial position is increased by the axial engagement.

  • Publication number: 20180251950
Abstract: The present invention relates to wedge coupler lug brackets for attachment to an implement to permit connection of a wedge coupler on the work arm of a primary mover such as a back hoe, excavator or loader. The wedge hook brackets comprising a pair of lugs each lug having a rear facing hook section, a saddle section, the rear facing hook section and saddle section configured and adapted to accommodate bosses on the wedge coupler on the work arm that transfer the digging force from a powerlink of the primary mover to the attachment and wedge bar receiver sections to receive a wedge bar on the wedge coupler. The wedge bar receiver section is configured and adapted, in combination with the rear facing hook section, to retain the attachment to the wedge coupler by engagement with both lugs across the width of the pair of wedge coupler lug brackets mounted on the attachment.

  • Publication number: 20040102880
Abstract: A system for monitoring vehicle wheel vibration is provided which includes at least a plurality of vibration sensors, each one monitoring a respective vehicle wheel for vibration. Tile system further includes a monitoring circuit to monitor each one of the vibration sensors for a sensed vibration signal, and an indicator panel to notify a vehicle operator of a vibration condition or problem. In an alternative embodiment, the system includes a communication module which transmits a vibration data signal through the vehicle's antenna by known communication technologies, e.g., cellular, satellite, etc. The communication module will transmit the vibration data signal either directly to the vehicle operator's cellular phone or to a central service station which will, in turn, contact the vehicle operator to indicate the vibration condition or problem.
