  • Patent number: 8928331
Abstract: A diagnostic circuit for trouble shooting electronic control units of appliances includes a voltage sensing and signal generation device with an input/output and an input. The circuit includes first terminals for connecting to the load and second terminals for connecting to the two lines of the sinusoidal source. One of the first terminals is connected to the input/output, and another one of the first terminals is connected to the input. A relay is connected between one of the second terminals and the input/output. Another relay is connected between another one of the second terminals and the input. A first diode pair with clamping diodes is connected to the input/output, and a second diode pair first diode pair with clamping diodes is connected to the input.

  • Publication number: 20110187204
Abstract: An inductive touch key switch assembly and circuit are provided. The circuit optimizes signal strength and noise immunity by reducing the number of long paths through the circuit board and localizes the driver circuit to each key switch assembly sensor coil. The key switch assembly optimizes placement of the target to enable the user interfaces on domestic appliances and products having present values of front panel thickness.

  • Patent number: 6354850
Abstract: An insulative housing for an electrical connector, including: a base; and at least one aperture extending through said base for receiving a contact. The aperture has an enlarged opening at one end adapted to receive a fusible element for securing the connector to a substrate. The enlarged portion has a cross-sectional area, in one orientation, that can be larger than the cross-sectional areas of other orientations. An electrical connector housing, including: a base; and a plurality of apertures in the base for receiving a contact. Each aperture has a recess for receiving a portion of a fusible element therein. Each recess has a characteristic, with the characteristic of a portion of the recesses being different than the characteristic of the other recesses.
