  • Patent number: 11918864
Abstract: Embodiments of putter-type golf club head comprising a striking surface capable of achieving consistent ball speeds across the striking surface to account for various ball impact locations are described herein. The striking surface has at least two materials that differ in concentration away from the geometric center of the striking surface to provide this consistency. Consistent (or uniform) ball speed is achieved throughout the striking surface as the portion of the golf ball that contacts the striking surface interacts with at least two materials having a differing material characteristic.

  • Patent number: 9082297
Abstract: A method is provided in one example embodiment and includes communicating a code to initiate cycling through a plurality of potential audiovisual inputs. The method includes receiving image data that is rendered on a display, the image data being based on a first one of the audiovisual inputs. The method also includes comparing the image data of the first one of the audiovisual inputs to a stored test pattern image associated with a selected audiovisual application to verify if the image data matches the stored test pattern for the selected audiovisual application. In more specific embodiments, the cycling through of the plurality of potential audiovisual inputs is terminated if the image data matches the stored test pattern for the selected audiovisual application. The code represents one or more infrared audiovisual commands being repeatedly sent to the display. The commands are sent until the stored test pattern image is detected on the display.

  • Patent number: 7801890
Abstract: A system identifies purchasable digital content to be used in development of a digital composition by receiving a request to identify a set of digital content, and retrieving access history for individual portions of digital content that match the request. The access history includes a number of times the individual portions of digital content have been accessed. The system then produces a set of digital content indicative of the access history for each individual portion of digital content, and outputs the set of digital content that matches the request, and that reflects the access history for individual portions of digital content.

  • Patent number: 6598329
Abstract: A tactical weapon includes a firearm assembly that is for firing ammunition. The firearm assembly has a stock member. The stock member is for facilitating supporting of the firearm assembly by a user. The stock member has a butt portion. The butt portion is coupled to a main portion of the stock member such that the butt portion is selectively positionable with respect to the main portion of the stock member. The butt portion is for permitting the user to position the firearm assembly around an object. A handle member is coupled to the firearm assembly. The handle member is selectably positionable with respect to the firearm assembly such that the handle member is for permitting the user to position the firearm assembly around the object.
