  • Patent number: 11938393
Abstract: Presented herein is an interactive platform for judging an activity by a participant in an event. The platform includes a client application program downloadable to a mobile device. The program may include a database storing a mobile device identifier (ID), a user ID, user information, and location data of the device. The application may further be configured to display one or more events of the activity as well as an input for receiving a score of the activity from the user. The platform may additionally include a server system connected with the client application programs via a communication network. The server system may be configured for receiving the mobile device ID, the user ID, the user information, and the location data for the client program, and may further be configured to receive the scores from the users, and to adjust the scores according to determined bias of the associated user.

  • Publication number: 20150355429
Abstract: An assembly includes: a hybrid power/fiber optic cable comprising pluralities of power conductors and optical fibers, the plurality of power conductors and the plurality of optical fibers contained within a common jacket; a first breakout canister; and a second breakout canister. The hybrid power/fiber optic cable enters the first breakout canister and a plurality of power cords exit the first breakout canister, the power conductors of the hybrid power/fiber optic cable and the power cords being electrically connected within the first breakout canister, a respective one of a plurality of first conduits protecting each of the plurality of power cords. The plurality of optical fibers enters the first breakout canister and exits the first breakout canister, the exiting plurality of optical fibers being protected by a second conduit attached to the first breakout canister. The plurality of optical fibers enters the second breakout canister and exits the second breakout canister.

  • Patent number: 5936828
Abstract: A voltage adaptor outputs 208-220 volts at an outlet and receives two 110 volt inputs. The adaptor has first and second male input connectors that can mate with respective power connectors and a control circuit interconnecting the male connectors to the outlet of the adaptor. The control circuit prevents energizing the outlet unless both male connectors are mated with respective energized power connectors and the phases of the voltages carried by the power connectors are different from each other. Furthermore, the control circuit prevents the energization of one of the male connectors, when it is not mated with a power connector, from the other male connector when the other connector happens to be mated with an energized power connector, thereby preventing a shock hazard that could otherwise arise when one of the male connectors is plugged in but the other male connector remains exposed to the touch.
