  • Patent number: 11989009
Abstract: Methods and systems to control stacked hexapod platforms for use as tools, which function with both high accuracy and high precision are provided. In some embodiments, the methods and systems include a convergence of modern control theory, and machine learning. Furthermore, some embodiments provide control algorithms to carry out autonomous in-space assembly operations using assemblers. Some embodiments provide methods and systems which combine long-reach low precision manipulators and smaller, high-precision assembler with interchangeable tools.

  • Patent number: 11954565
Abstract: A technology is described for automating deployment of a machine learning model. An example method may include receiving, via a graphical user interface, credentials for connecting to a data store containing a plurality of datasets and connecting to the data store using the credentials. A selection of a target metric to predict using the machine learning model can be received, via the graphical user interface, and datasets included in the plurality of datasets that correlate to the target metric can be identified by analyzing the datasets to identify an association between the target metric and data contained within the datasets. The datasets can be input to the machine learning model to train the machine learning model to generate predictions of the target metric, and the machine learning model can be deployed to computing resources in a service provider environment to generate predictions associated with the target metric.

  • Publication number: 20240005623
Abstract: Various implementations disclosed herein include devices, systems, and methods that provide a view of a three-dimensional (3D) environment in which virtual content is presented. For example, an example process may include obtaining virtual content and positioning the virtual content within a view of a 3D environment by determining on-screen content and off-screen content, positioning the on-screen content on a virtual screen within the 3D environment, and positioning off-screen content outside of the virtual screen within the 3D environment. The method may further include presenting the view of the 3D environment including a presentation of the on-screen content on the virtual screen and the off-screen content outside of the virtual screen.

  • Publication number: 20130043315
Abstract: A tag for a radio frequency Identification RFID system that comprises an open cavity with an integral load element. The load element is comprised of an impedance matching network and a load circuit. The load circuit contains one or more of an RFID transponder, microcontroller, capacitive sensor circuit, resistive sensor circuit, complex impedance sensor circuit, and an RF energy scavenging circuit in specific implementations. In various embodiments the tag includes reflector elements which enable the antenna structure to better tolerate the presence of nearby metal objects and provide electromagnetic gain.

  • Patent number: 6378771
Abstract: A system and method for monitoring and/or managing a business meeting, the system including a processor, memory circuitry, timer circuitry, a display and an electronic sensor. The electronic sensor scans an identification device of each attendee arriving at or withdrawing from the meeting to acquire individual unit time cost and/or individual identification data. The processor adds or subtracts individual unit time cost data to a total unit time cost parameter stored in the memory circuitry each time that an identification device is scanned by the electronic sensor, and calculates a metered cost parameter based upon the total unit time cost parameter and elapsed time data from the timer circuitry. The processor also increases or decrease a total number of attendees parameter each time an identification device is scanned. The system displays a number of time and/or cost related parameters of the meeting, such as the metered cost, the total elapsed time, and the total number of attendees.

  • Patent number: 4835341
Abstract: A high voltage bushing for use in a plasma environment. The bushing is adapted for mounting through a wall of a pressure vessel or the like and includes an elongate insulator having a central bore receiving an electrical conductor. The insulator has a lower portion extending through an opening in the wall and an upper portion extending away from the wall. Mounting hardware is included for retaining the lower portion in the opening. A terminal is held adjacent the free end of the insulator upper portion with the terminal connected to the conductor. The bushing further includes a number of resistive rings positioned about the upper portion of the insulator and a number of annular metallic fins also positioned about the upper portion of the insulator. One of the fins is disposed between each pair of adjacent rings, and the fins extend outwardly beyond the rings.
