Abstract: A system and method for qualifying parties to a reservation contract is presented. The system and method preferably comprises a computer networked system for providing detailed information to consumers and service providers about the reliability of the consumer and/or service provider. The information may comprise a letter grade that describes the degree to which it is likely that either party will perform in accordance with the terms of a proposed reservation commitment. The invention presented renders it possible that the individual parties—consumer and service provider alike—may qualify prospective corresponding parties using the pre-analyzed product of historic performance data acquired and accrued over time and from a plurality of peer sources.
