  • Publication number: 20140113883
Abstract: An improved formulation and method for the removal of subcutaneous fat deposits in a human in need of such treatment. It also induces an inflammatory reaction which treats disorders of tissue adhesion which often accompany subcutaneous fat deposits or are created in the process of removal of subcutaneous fat deposits. This inflammatory reaction also limits the extent of the effect of the injected medication to a localized area. A lecithin and aqueous glucose and sodium chloride based biphasic injection dosage formulation is disclosed which is applicable to subcutaneous, intramuscular, and intravenous administration. Additionally, a program based approach to the treatment of subcutaneous fat deposits which includes injections of this formulation, application of compression garments, diet modification, and exercise is described. The formulation is characterized in that it comprises an adjustable acidifying agent to set pH, an antioxidant, a sclerosing agent, and a stabilizer.

  • Publication number: 20120097532
Abstract: A generally concentric sealed reactor vessel defining a volume. A concentric target electrode 12 centered within a nonconductive vessel 24. This vessel is suspended in insulating and cooling medium 242 composed of transformer oil. Deuterium gas 235 is contained within the volume at a predetermined pressure. High voltage, high frequency potential 130 is connected between the target electrode and Earth ground 153, creating an alternating electrical field within the reaction chamber. This electric field is of sufficient intensity ionize the contained gases, and result in the alternately radial outward acceleration and alternately radial inward acceleration of these ionized gases. On inward acceleration the ions impact the target and with one another at fusion reactive velocities causing fusion reactions. In the second embodiment the reactor vessel is a conductive material connected to the power supply and the defined volume is free of tangible structure.

  • Publication number: 20120031343
Abstract: In abstract this invention is a pressure and water sealed unit small enough to be worn by a swimmer. It contains a rechargeable battery, control interface logic, digital signal generation, and amplification circuitry. It uses a ground balanced electrode system to produce electric fields in the very low impedance environment of water. These fields are organized into patterns called words. These words are presented in a hierarchal pseudo random manner to prevent target organisms from learning and adapting to them. The presentation of these words is controlled by upgradable programing stored within memory. The words evoke central nervous system (CNS) responses which result in sharks leaving the area of operation. These words represent stimuli of predators, navigation signals, noxious events, CNS interference patterns, and other sequences found to repel sharks from the protected area. Reprogrammability allows upgrades to newer sequences.

  • Patent number: 8090071
Abstract: A generally spherical sealed reactor vessel defining a volume. A target sphere shaped electrode 11 is centered within a nonconductive reactor vessel 21. The target sphere is insulated from and fixedly centered within the nonconductive reactor vessel by an insulated stalk 22. This vessel is suspended in an insulating and cooling medium 241 composed of transformer oil. Deuterium gas 235 is released into and contained within the volume at a predetermined pressure. A source of high voltage, high frequency potential 130 is connected to the target electrode by an electrical connection 13. The other terminal of the high voltage, high frequency potential source is connected to Earth ground 153. The applied alternating electrical potential creates an alternating electrical field within the reaction chamber. This an oscillating electric field is formed within the enclosed space of nonconductive reactor vessel 21, extending between target electrode 11 and heat absorbent container 238.
