  • Patent number: 11065740
Abstract: A fixed adjustable wrench. The fixed adjustable wrench includes a handle having a fixed jaw and an adjustable jaw forming a gap therebetween. The adjustable jaw is slidable along a shoulder and is adapted to cooperate with the fixed jaw to secure an object within the gap. An engagement member having a first set of teeth is configured to selectively interlock with a second set of teeth of the adjustable jaw. A second end of the engagement member is operably connected to a lever that is selectively moveable between an engagement position and a disengagement position. In the engagement position, the engagement member is coupled to the adjustable jaw via an interlocking of the first set of teeth and the second set of teeth. In the disengagement position, the engagement member is disengaged from the adjustable jaw allowing selective positioning of the adjustable jaw.

  • Patent number: 10325048
Abstract: An integrated circuit test method provides an interactive shell environment having analysis modules organized as a directory such that for a given session a user can access any of the analysis modules. This invention describes a virtual directory structure for navigating through the entire test data starting from design, test configuration, ATPG patterns, failure information and callout information. This structure also allows the creation of a scripting environment for the user to select a specific configuration and process the information. User can achieve all of this in a single session as opposed to working on every test configuration in an independent session.

  • Patent number: 5633812
Abstract: A method of accurately simulating how design defects and faults are detected in the board design and manufacturing test environments is provided which uses statements in the simulation control language of a fault simulator. The simulation of the operation of electronic boards (which may not yet have been built) in their expected test environments is possible. The set of statements used in the simulation language allows the proposed functional self-test code, also called diagnostic code or power-on self-test code, which is to be executed by a (micro-)processor, to be tested for its effectiveness. The simulation must synchronize the simulated execution of the processor code to be evaluated with the fault detection by the code being evaluated, simulate the use of any attached tester, such as a logic analyzer, and provide data that can be used for programming devices in the test environment.

  • Patent number: 4598741
Abstract: A barrier vapor control system includes a seal inside an automobile filler pipe for engaging the fuel delivery conduit of a pump nozzle to prevent the escape of hydrocarbon vapors out of the filler pipe into the atmosphere while the fuel tank is being refilled. A vapor recovery conduit downstream of the seal carries the vapors displaced by filling the fuel tank to a cannister that contains a scrubbing agent. A vacuum accumulator and a vacuum pump draw fresh air and the vapors from the fuel tank through the cannister to remove hydrocarbon vapors from the effluent vapors of the fuel tank.
