Abstract: A clip apparatus is provided for use with a faucet tool. The faucet tool has an elongated body. The clip apparatus includes a biasing member structured to be coupled to and flex with respect to the elongated body, a light emitting component coupled to the biasing member, a power source located internal with respect to the biasing member and configured to energize the light emitting component, and a button mechanism coupled to the biasing member and configured to activate the power source in order to energize the light emitting component.

Abstract: A hybrid clamp is configurable as a bar clamp or a dog clamp, where first and second clamp members may be associated with a clamp bar or may be separated and connected to other supports for use as dog clamps. A clamping sawhorse is configured to mount the hybrid clamp for use as a bar clamp or as a dog clamp in conjunction with the sawhorse, such as including apertures for accepting either the clamp bar or mounting portions of the first and second clamps.

Abstract: A hybrid sawhorse has a first pair of legs connected to a first bracket and a second pair of legs connected to a second bracket and a head connected to and extending between the first and second brackets. The head is reversible, having a top with a channel therein extending parallel to a length of the head and having a bottom having a groove extending perpendicular to its length, such as for accepting workpieces in different orientations. The legs are extendable, such as to defined locked positions. The legs can be moved from an extended position to a retracted or collapsed position where they extend along and generally parallel to the head. The sawhorse includes a latching mechanism which allows it to be connected to a second sawhorse for storage and transport.

Abstract: A collapsible bolt cutter includes compound levers a first lever of which includes elongate handles and a second lever of which includes cutting jaws for transmitting a force applied to the handles to the cutting jaws with a mechanical advantage when the handles are urged to move towards each other. The handles are each split along their length to form free handle portions articulated to the second levers. Locks or latches a provided for selectively locking the handle portions in the aligned operative positions during normal use while being manually releasable to release the free handle portions to allow the free handle portions to be pivoted to a second folded position when not in use and for storage.

Abstract: A portable work station is convertible between a collapsed condition suitable for storage and transport and an expanded condition suitable for use as a work bench. The work station includes a central panel serving as a work table or bench positionable in generally horizontal plane when the work station is expanded. The central panel defines two opposing generally parallel ends. Legs at one of the parallel ends are movable between collapsed conditions within the collapsed work station and generally vertical positions when the work station is expanded for use as a work bench or table. A storage device is provided at the other end of the parallel ends movable between a collapsed condition substantially in parallel planes with the work table or bench and an extended condition substantially normal to the work table or bench. The storage device includes storage compartments or bins for storing tools, hardware or the like in the expanded condition of the work station.

A kick-stand is attached to said pocket or pouch and movable between a retracted position for facilitating attachment of said pocket or pouch to a support the device in an extended position for supporting said pocket or pouch in a generally upright position when supported on a horizontal surface. The support device may be a tool belt.

Abstract: Drill and driver bit organizer and storage case includes a case formed of a plurality of planar panels consisting of end and intermediate panels. The panels are hingedly connected to each other to form a fan-folded arrangement of zigzag panels with intermediate panels being joined to either other intermediate panels or to an intermediate panel and an end panel while the end panels are joined to an intermediate panel to allow the panels to be collapsed into a closed case in which the panels are arranged in substantially parallel planes and into an expanded or extended condition in which the panels are unfolded out of said parallel planes. Each of the panels include securing members for receiving a plurality of drill and/or driver bits. Thus the case is closed and protects the bits in the collapsed condition when it is closed and provides access to the bits in any of the panels when unfolded.
