  • Publication number: 20240052875
Abstract: Embodiments include a mounting assembly for securing a supported element to a wall structure at a distance from the wall, and configured to surround a moly bolt fastener head protruding from the wall and form a moisture seal surrounding the fastener head. The mounting assembly comprises an elongated body with an inner passageway extending between first and second ends and an inner void area configured to cover a fastener head on the wall surface. The inner passageway receives a bolt securing the mounting assembly to the wall structure, and a bottom ring gasket surrounding the inner passageway is positioned to engage the wall surface to form a moisture barrier surrounding the inner passageway. A shank gasket has a central opening aligned with the inner passageway and is configured to form a moisture seal of the shank portion of the bolt inserted to attach the assembly to the wall.

  • Patent number: 11428255
Abstract: Embodiments include a mounting assembly for securing a supported element to a wall structure having an internal thickness. The mounting assembly comprises an internal assembly configured to engage the internal thickness of the wall structure and comprising a central anchor assembly with an anchor portion and a mating portion annularly arranged about an open end of the anchor portion, the mating portion having a first end fixedly attached to the anchor portion adjacent the open end and a second end for engaging the outer wall panel. The internal assembly further comprises a plurality of elongated anchors attached to the mating portion at an oblique angle relative to a central axis of the anchor portion. The mounting assembly further comprises an external assembly for engaging the outer wall panel and the mating portion of the central anchor assembly; and an elongated fastener for securing the external assembly to the internal assembly.

  • Publication number: 20060186278
Abstract: Have invented a new strut system designed for the attachment of pipes, conduit, and tubes to vertical and horizontal surfaces in a sanitary manner. The mounting of pipes, conduits or tubes in an environment that demands a high level of sanitation, (i.e.; food processing and pharmaceutical manufacturing) is best accomplished through the use of my invention. Unlike strut systems currently available, my strut system repels contaminants, is easy to inspect, and easy to clean.
