  • Publication number: 20240077096
Abstract: A device for compensating for tolerances between two components to be connected to one another may have a base element and a compensating element which is in threaded engagement with the base element and which can be moved from a starting position by rotation relative to the base element. The device may also have a radially yielding driving element acting in a predetermined direction, and a holding device for connecting to one of the components. The holding device is designed as an integrated part of the base element or the compensating element, or as a separate part and can be detachably arranged on one of the components in a form-fitting and/or force-fitting manner. The base element and the compensating element are nested in such a way that at least two coupling interfaces are formed between the base element and the compensating element.

  • Publication number: 20240044349
Abstract: A device for compensating for tolerances between two components to be connected to one another, where one of the components is formed from a creep-sensitive material, may have a base element and a compensating element which is in threaded engagement with the base element and which can be moved from a starting position into a compensating position by rotation relative to the base element. The base element is designed as a one-piece, hollow cylindrical element with a base portion and a spacer portion. The spacer portion is pre-positioned or fixable on the component made of the creep-sensitive material such that the spacer portion projects into an opening of the component in a state pre-positioned or fixed on one of the components.

  • Publication number: 20230383773
Abstract: A device for compensating for tolerances between two components to be connected to one another where the device may have a base element a compensating element. The compensating element may prior to assembly with a thread play be in threaded engagement with a first component, and into which the base element can be inserted. The device may also have a connecting element which can be inserted through the base element to connect the two components. During assembly, the connecting element may come into engagement with the base element and the base element may engage in a force-fitting manner, in particular by frictional engagement or in a form-fitting manner, into the compensating element in such a manner that the compensating element enters into play-free, play-reduced and/or self-locking engagement with the first component.

  • Publication number: 20220299051
Abstract: The invention relates to a tolerance compensation apparatus comprising a base element; a compensation element that is in threaded engagement with the base element and that forms a passage extending in an axial direction for a screw element; a nut into which the screw element can be screwed; and a holding element having a first limb holding the base element, a second limb holding the nut, and a connection section connecting the first and second limbs, wherein the first and second limbs are spaced apart from one another while forming a reception gap for receiving a component.

  • Publication number: 20220196049
Abstract: A device for compensating for tolerances between two components to be interconnected may have a hollow-cylindrical compensating element connected with a hollow-cylindrical base element. The device may also have a threaded element for screwing together with a screw element that extends through an inner cavity of the base element and an inner cavity of the compensating element. The device may also have a driving element which is arranged in the inner cavity of the compensating element and is in frictional engagement with the screw element passing through the cavities, such that a torque exerted by the screw element can be transmitted to the compensating element. The threaded element for screwing together with the screw element is formed in the inner cavity of the compensating element as an inner thread. An arrangement for compensating for tolerances between two components to be interconnected is also described.

  • Publication number: 20210301855
Abstract: A fastening element for connecting a first component to a second component. The fastening element may have a pin-like connecting element having a first fastening region and a second fastening region. The fastening element may also have a retaining element having a fastening portion which is provided with a receptacle for receiving the first fastening region. The retaining element may be configured for fastening in a cutout of the first component. The second fastening region may have a portion for engaging in a receptacle of the second component. A drive interface may be provided on the connecting element so that the connecting element held in the receptacle is movable.
