    Abstract: A method of determining a dosage of anti-oxidant for an individual person, wherein the dosage is determined on the basis of an individual factor and a stress index. The individual factor is based on a weight factor of the individual, an age factor of the individual and a training factor of the individual. The training factor is based on training history of the individual, and the stress index is based on current and future physical activity of the individual. A formulation based on this method is also described.
