  • Publication number: 20240132300
Abstract: A method and arrangement for aligning plates is provided. The plates are arranged substantially end to end and have a first and second side, the sides being parallel and arranged on opposite sides, and a front side and rear side, where the sides delimit a plate area, During transport, the rear side of a first plate is adjacent the front side of a subsequent plate. The plants have a propelling means along the first side for engaging and propelling the plates and an aligner arranged along the second sides, where the aligner, is moved orthogonal to from a first position where the aligner is not in contact with the plates to a second position where the aligner is in contact with at least two adjacent plates, and the contact aligns the second sides of adjacent plates, such that the plates are arranged with the second sides along a straight line.

  • Publication number: 20230356951
Abstract: A chain link is provided with a bushing construction where a chain pin is used for connecting a plurality of chain links, where the chain pin is inserted through the bushing along an axis, where the bushing in a cross section orthogonal to the axis has a circular cross section and where a resilient sleeve is arranged around the chain pin, where the chain pin has a flat face along the axis, and the resilient sleeve has a corresponding flat face in engagement with the flat face of the pin, and where the outer periphery of the resilient sleeve, when mounted on the chain pin, has a non-circular cross section, such that a free space is provided between the outer periphery of the sleeve and the inside of the bushing.

  • Publication number: 20220217993
Abstract: In a production facility for coating ice cream products a plurality of carriers are used for transport of the ice cream products from the supply station to a coating station where coating, for example chocolate, is applied to the product. The production facility includes weight equipment configured for automatically weighing the ice cream products before and after application of the coating, which is used in a feedback loop for adjusting the coating parameters, for example chocolate temperature.

  • Publication number: 20180178574
Abstract: A composite doctor blade chamber (1) for a doctor blade chamber system for rotary printing units, the doctor blade chamber (1) including a front side with an open channel (8), wherein the doctor blade chamber is made of two composite profiles, an open profile (30) with a front side and a back side and a closed profile (33) with a front side and a back side, wherein the front side (31) of the open profile is joined with the back side of the closed profile (35), whereby is achieved low weight and high strength, high corrosion resistance, a cleaning-friendly surface, less waste of ink, nice appearance and an improved working environment. In addition it is an object of the invention to provide a doctor blade chamber system with the above mentioned advantages where re placement of doctor blades can be performed faster, more easily and without use of tools.

  • Patent number: 6637330
Abstract: A doctor blade system with clamping device is provided for clamping a doctor blade, for example, in a doctor blade chamber without using screws and without having to use tools. A clamping mechanism, preferably pneumatic, counteracts the clamping by actuation. By disposing a sectional rail between the clamping rail and the doctor beam, the sectional rail drawing the clamping rail and the beam together with a spring mechanism, the doctor blade is clamped between the clamping rail and the beam. In another embodiment, the clamping rail is designed as an angular section tipping about an edge.
