    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a suspension arm for the suspension of tools, pieces of equipment etc. For the purposes of adjusting the tools etc. in the desired operational position, the arm is horizontally pivotally connected to a support. A brake with adjustable braking force is provided for retaining the arm in the desired, adjusted pivotal position.
