  • Publication number: 20230406375
Abstract: There is disclosed a radar system (100) for determining a status of at least one wheel (110) of a train, comprising at least one radar unit (120) arranged on the train. The radar unit comprises an emitter (130) configured to emit radio waves (105) towards the at least one wheel and a detector (140), configured to detect at least a portion of the radio waves reflected from the at least one wheel and generate detector data. The radar system is configured to determine a wheel status at least partially based on the generated detector data.

  • Publication number: 20230255246
Abstract: A method for processing seeds into a paste-like food product is presented. The method comprises mixing the seeds into the paste-like product by using a mixer, heating the paste-like product by using the mixer, transferring the paste-like product to a tank, and circulating the paste-like product over the tank and a heat exchanger through which a cooling media flows, such that the paste-like product is cooled.

  • Patent number: 11571972
Abstract: A method and associated system for determining a maintenance status for a pantograph arranged on a vehicle and/or a contact wire intended to be in electrical contact with the pantograph. Monitoring at least longitudinal, vertical or lateral accelerations of the pantograph. Detecting an acceleration pattern based on the monitored accelerations of the pantograph. Determining accelerations in a direction above a predetermined value in the detected acceleration pattern. Determining a maintenance status for the pantograph and/or the contact wire based on the detected acceleration pattern, and wherein the maintenance status indicates a level of wear on the pantograph and/or the contact wire.

  • Patent number: 9395276
Abstract: A method and system for detecting defects to railway wagon wheels and to the rail. A method for detecting a wheel flat, or an event that may cause a wheel flat to develop on a railway wagon, including the steps of a) monitoring at least the longitudinal and vertical acceleration of said railway wagon, and b) concluding that a wheel flat has developed, or that there is a risk of developing a wheel flat, if a specific acceleration pattern is monitored, said pattern comprising a longitudinal acceleration above a first threshold followed by a vertical acceleration above a second threshold. A system for detecting a wheel flat of at least one wheel of a railway wagon and the use of an acceleration sensor mounted on the sprung part of a railway wagon for estimating the wheel flat size of a wheel of the railway wagon.
